Hi Qorax!  This is me again, I'm so worried now if my medical result really arrived in CEM, my information re: MR received by CEM last May 17, 2011  is from my DMP's Secretary through the tracking number that they gave to me.  Today is the 16th weeks or 4 mos. from may 17, 2011 and my e-cas remains in process. I wonder if my MR really received by CEM or maybe it was displaced.  No words from CEM as of today. What will I do? Sorry Qorax for being anxious.

2. Your file might be in a queue for further processing. There's a depleting 'quota' @ this time of the yr, in all CHCs.
3. Send them an email requesting 'case progress update info'.

Dear Qorax,

I need your advise on POF. As i am from INDIA.

What if i carry Travel cash card (Axis bank/ICICI Bank/HDFC bank) provide to buy & withdraw money in ATM in Canada  as POF ?

Do they accepted as POF ?

Also what if i have USD with me to show them as POF ? Do they accept USD as POF ?

What is good option Bank Draft or TC ? from cost-benefit wise ?

Please advise me.

iam applying under the noc 7216 which is based on my work experience with my current employer but i am not able to get the experience letter from my present employer describing my duties & responsibilities. they are giving a letter which describes my current designation and date of joining only, what shall i do now

please help.......

During my document submission I had given closing statement of my account reflecting the required amount in place of 6 months bank statement because of the loan I have
Now I have received the AOR with second file number will I be asked for bank statements as proof of fund

One note: I had mistakenly referred to the use of representative form as IMM-5561 (those are the instructions for the use of representative).  The use of representative form (and cancellation) is IMM-5476.   Just in case I caused any confusion for anyone.

1. IMM-5561 [Use of Rep, or it's cancellation] should go to the VO [CHC] not to CIO-NS.
2. U could 'change' your address thru the e-Cas link.
3. U need to send the original via snail mail.

What do you mean about depleting 'quota' at this time of the year?

I guess so meaning i'm not so sure for this info that once MR issued to an applicant, an applicant has alloted visa.

Dear Qorax

I want some suggestions/ insight becoause I am worried about a latest development in my case. A TCS guy called me today in the morning and I collected the envelope from their office after paying Rs. 1310 and giving them a copy of my CNIC. I opened the envelope right there and found the original documents. I asked them can they guide me why there is no covering letter etc. with it. They told that that they cannot guide about this.
My time lines were as under:
Application sent:    October 2008
Full documents sent: December 2009
Case transferred to London: 30 June 2010
Review started: 18 October 2010

Does it happen sometimes that they dispatch original docs and Medical separately? What should I do?

What should I expect and proceed. Is there any track record of such instances. Bcoz I have noticed all applicants get their originals and meds in the same envelope. Why they didnt attach a covering letter intimating me of the decision or development taken in my case.

Hi,

you have two options. write an email to your boss or HR whoever is responsible over there to give you reference letter with your JDs..if they have a company policy not to provide one...than you can send that email reply with a cover letter from your side as well as job descriptions written by yourself....thats one solid way VO should'nt have any objections...

good day sir qorax my sons furtharance test bout his xray subbmited last july 18,we go first to a pedia pulmonoligist which they require my youngest son and then his xray is ok exept that he have to take one medication its been 6weeks that we havent heard from the embassy our medical ii ok incluiding my 2 kids and husband..where can we follow up?thankk you so much hope you answer us to lessen our agony..thanks..

every visa office can only issue certain number of visas within a year as per targets assigned by CIC to them in different immigration categories...so this is the 9th month going so every VO must have issued about 70-80% of their targets already...thats what depleting quota is.......

Dear Haral,
I am July,2011 applicant and my application reached CIO on 25th July. have not heard from them yet.
I my sent experience and service certificate signed by the MS of the Hospital but it doesn't contain my JD except that I am H.Pharmacist and this much is my salary and i was on contract from this to this date and permanent from this to date. As our clerk said that it's hospital policy that we don't write JD on experience & service certificate, for JD go to your immediate boss as he can. So i demanded a reference letter from my Chief Pharmacist with JD and he provided me the same. And I have included all these three documents in my application i.e. Experience & service certificate by MS & reference letter with JD by Chief Pharmacist. Will purpose of JD be solved by my Chief Pharmacist reference letter?or CIC will return my application because JD is not mentioned on my experience and service certificates?
