Hi Qorax,

10th Dec 2010 applicant from New Delhi visa office. Received 2nd AOR dated 28th March 2011. No news from visa thereafter. Should I make a case specific enquiry at this  stage? What is delaying ND visa office? Will it delay my processing?

Regards,
CHEERSMAN

There's no delay... it takes 2-3 yrs. to get the PRVs... One should expect his/her meds around 1.5-2 yrs. U r yet Ok with your processing speed.

Hi Qorax,
Im a post June 2010 applicant. Will it take so long? In fact dont you think that post June 2010 applicants get first priority? The AOR letter clearly states that if " You dont hear from us 6 months after submitting the full application a communication from the applicants side is needed"

Kindly comment

Hi Qorax,

One more doubt to be cleared. You say it takes 2 -3 years for PRVs and that  Im in the normal processing times. If you go to see the New Delhi tracker applicants in and around my timelines have rceieved visas and MRs. What would you say about that?

Dear Sir

You seem to be a guru in canadian immigration information and i would be grateful if you can advise me on the following

I am a Indian and i filed for immigration under skilled worker category in India November 2005. It takes around 87 months if you file in india.

I came to UAE in May 2006 on work and am presently working in abu dhabi in UAE. I got married in India in feb 2007 and i had a child in feb 2009.

I received a couple of letters in the last 5 years from canadian high commission. One of the latest letters around 2 years back state that we  will be processing your application and will call you soon for updated status. If you wish to withdraw application do so now and we will refund your fees. I replied them back saying that i am interested in processing of my application and please go ahead with it.

Now my question to you is simple- when i filed my application i was not married. After marriage and birth of my child i did not inform them that i have married/become a father. Now when they send me documents for updated status i will inform them of all that has happened in may life. I THEN PRESUME THAT ONCE I PAY THE FEES FOR MY WIFE AND CHILD ALL APPLICATIONS WILL GET PROCESSED TOGETHER. Or is it that they will say why you did not inform us as soon as you got married, or had a child and therefore we will only process yours and not anyone else?

I WILL BE GRATEFUL IF YOU CAN GUIDE ME. I thank you in advance

1. Many don't get the 'MR' e-Cas.
2. That 'DM' suggests your pps r stamped.

Enjoy your day/s...

Qorax,
When filling out  IMM5476 (USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE) FORM,  QUESTION # 3.

3. If you have already submitted your application:

Name of office where the application was submitted:

Location of office:

Are they asking for CIO, Sydney office or CHC office address?

Also on question # 7:  Representative Contact information.

My spouse will be my representative, so what do I write for  NAME OF FIRM OR ORGANIZATION?

THANKS IN ADVANCE...
