U get the med forms, IMM1017 & it's instructions letter... > take appt with a DMP > carry a few [recent] photographs & your original pps [that ins. letter specifies all] > the DMP thereon does all the needful > he also files-in a medical questionnaire > takes your tests > prepares his report/s > submits it [to RMO] in a few days > they ask u to call-up after 2-3 days > u get a courier's tracking No. > u go online & track your MR submission > 3-4 months hence u should receive the PPR. Simple !

See the forms & read all about it here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-02.asp

Qorax

Qorax,

I received my MR and the instructions include submission of RPRF. How do I send the RPRF? Is there any forms that I have to fill-up?

Thanks.

Thanks Qorax for your reply .

They'd look  @  your file as the docs reach them, before the BF'D. It'd take at least 2-3 months to get the PRV, as that much time is required to get the meds 'seconded' from Ottawa & to complete the s/checks.

Just make a draft & send them.
Your particulars should be written on the rear of the DD.

Dear Qorax,

May i know what is  PHEP ? Also  want to know what is indication of file if RPRF Bank Draft encashed by VO ? Does it means one is 100% sure to get VISA ?

Regards
Mayank

1. There'd be a very low %age of pax who'd get their PRVs within a month of submitting the meds+pps combined. One way of looking at that is due to the 'interim priorities' released by HRSDC [they do so from time-to-time, for some NOCs]. Another look at it could be due to a KISS [Keep It Simple & Straight] case file [yes, some files, might be inadvertently, easy to process]. However, these scenarios r a rarity, I'd give it a 5-10% chance. For most, it'd take 2-3 months. There's also a queue, which the prioritized files beat.

2. Our med reports go to the RMO. It's then posted online on the CIC system. Any VO, from anywhere, could check-it-out. PMB-Ottawa has a role to play in our meds... they assess the DMPs report & issue a 'secondment'. Once that occurs; and the security clearance materializes - the file is sent to PHEP section, for the PRV stamping. Our IO's activity ceases from the day the file moves to PHEP.

Hope that made some sense...

Dear Qorax,

What is the significance of ECAS status showing "Decision Made"?
What does it really mean? What is the procedure after DM?
I have not received my passports back even after ECAS status changing to "decision made".
Do they treat the backlog applicants differently? I ask this because most of the fast track applicants get their visas immediately after the decision made. My patience is running out.

The online tracking is not working on my case, it says no record with my details.......i am worried about it....tried sending email to CHC London but its been almost 35days and no response from them till now.

Advice.

Dear Brother,

I again checked online few days back, after a friend told me to put my full name in last name coloul and it showed me my details. It said that they have received my file and all documents but they are pending for review.
Please advice how much time would it take as i got my 2nd AOR last year on 10th Aug 2010---exactly 1 year back.

Regards,
Vivek

A 'DM' after pps submission usually indicates the PRVs r stamped.
There's no priority accorded thereafter to any sort of applicants -- we get the pps back as per their std despatch procedures.
In your case, being from Nepal, I guess they might be having some sort of separate queue.
Send them an email -- repeat it every 7-10 days.

Good luck!
