If your package has 'reached' them while the NOC wasn't yet 'capped' -- u r good, meaning: 'safe'.

Thanks Qorax !!

Hi Qoraz,

we have applied for a skilled worker visa under the business occupation and the status shows that they received 269 applications till date..Our application was received on 15th july..but, i forgot to submit my original ielts instead i submitted a photo copy of it..then i submitted the original one and it reached on 26th july..I mentioned the tracking number of the first package on my second one..so, that they don't get confused.. will it be a problem?

with the original ielts i sumbitted application form and my passport photo copy..

All i need to know is when will i know that my application is accepted or not?
what is the time period for them to give AOR number?
is it true that they will start processing the applications once the receive 500 applications under the occupation?

I appreciate ur reply Smiley

Thanks qorax!

My husband needs his passport for his registration with Medical Council Canada. He has to have it certified first. He cannot send his MCC package requirements without it and schedule MCCEE. Is it ok to follow up our passports at the VO?

1. CIO-NS doesn't accept docs in piece-meal. U might be 'lucky' though.
2. U get the AOR in about 2-4 months usually.
3. No, they'd start processing the files as they come out of the queue... everyday a couple of files.

Don't.
They may return your pps 'unstamped'.

Qorax

Thank you for ur quick reply and your help, Qorax... It was my first query..Smiley

confused stil whether they have accepted or not...
Because they didn't return my application, they have accepted it?
And also once the dd is encashed that means they have started viewing my application? can you please explain on this?

And also i need ask you few more questions regarding the other case... My friend husband went to canada on student visa in 2010..his visa was till nov 2010 and she applied for student dependent visa in august 2011 but her visa got rejected..and now her husband is on post graduate work permit and it will expire in nov or oct 2011 and he is in Saskatchewan...she again applied for visa in may2011 and again her visa got rejected... First time she was employed and the second time she was a housewife...right now the question is.... her husband will apply for sinp in this month, will it be okay to apply for visa once both of their name gets nominated by sinp becoz he might get an extension of work permit for 2yrs or its good to wait till her husband gets the PR??

Thank you so much

hi i have a doubt while filling my background application forms under family  class spouse

its very complicated so can you plz help me to calculate my education detail....

you done Primary school 1 to 7 class----7 years
then the secondary school 8 to 10 class ----3 years
then High secondary 11 an 12 class -----2 years

but

but at last in 12th class i fail so i didn't try again

then

i went to Diploma course on base of 10th (secondary school) for 3 years.
you can do same Diploma course on base of high school (12th class) but in 2 years....  its same thing...

and how i calculate total number of formal education...

i was thinking

Hello harry and longhandle,
I am agree with both of you. One thing to bring in notice that    Complete applications received till 3rd of August,2011 are 307 but CC/BD/DD charged till date are only 4-5.  If completed apps with CC/BDs being charged are till 6/7th july which have been updated from time to time then encashment also have got almost one month to get done. Encashment are so low in number (4-5) against completed apps. (307). Though both ( completeness and encashment ) having same time for their process. What i meant that 307 number must be considered till 3rd aug, 2011.
Moreover, applications reached till 6/7th july might have checked long ago in initial stages of cap updates and started just few days ago to get their CC/BDs encashed. Js sharing my opinion. . . Rest God knows. . . My fingers crossed.k
