Dear Qorax,

Can we transfer our file to another VO??
If i want to move back to india, is it possible.

Please suggest your view, i got my 2nd AOR from Buffalo on 9th Dec 2010
And i am waiting for MR.

Please suggest.

Thank You

Usually No... they wouldn't transfer a case file to another VO based on the applicant's request. They however often do so purely on 'system integrity' reasons... which is unfortunately their call.

Dear,

I have applied for in the federal skilled worker immigration. Please note that I have two kids who are only 1 years old. If everything goes well, I hope the kids age will be 2 years at the time of departure. I dont want them to go with me. First I go make proper arrangement and then take them. Is this way possible?

Anyone please reply(who knows).

Thanks,

Dear Qorax,

I have an enquiry related to experience certificate from existing employer.

I would like to claim point for my existing work as this would fall under NOC 1122.But I can not ask my employer to issue me a certificate as I don't want to disclose the fact that I am planning to migrate to Can.If I attach my current appointment letter copy, salary certficates, increment letter copies etc & if I make a draft of my current roles & responsibilities & duly certified by myself...,will that suffice CIO requirement?

Please reply.

U don't seem to fall under any of the direct titled NOCs... see here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

However, pls look inside each NOC [especially 1122]... if your 70-80% duties match anyone - u could yet apply... else, an AEO is your only way out.

Hello Qorax,

I have a query reg. filling up the 'Additional family information form IMM5406E ' . I read somebody experience on this forum  and i am quoting it from one of our forum member response  verbatim below :

' in the Additional Info, a lot of successful (by successful i mean those who already have their visas) applicants shared with us how they filled it up. and that is the PA under the applicant column, and the spouse under the spouse column even if it is the spouse's turn to state his/her family members. there is only one PA between husband and wife, the others become dependents, unless they are both PA, submitting different or separate application packages and paying processing fees each. it has been stated too in my previously returned documents by the CIO themselves, during one of the errors made by my previous agents. '

As in our case my wife is the principal applicant and we both need to fill our family details - So should we include my wife name in the applicant column AND my name in the spouse/common law partner  in the separate forms to be signed by us separately ?  Is this the correct way.

Your response will be great help to us ..... as we are very confused at the moment and donot end up making mistake.

Thanks .

Dear Qorax,
I am very confused and please do not laugh. I just do not know how many years to put in elementary/primary and secondary/highschool, becasue I have studied in South American schools and American Schools. Please may i just put for years of elementary 8 yrs and for Highschool 4 yrs? Would that be okay? I kept asking every one and I keep getting different answers cause the answer  may vary from country to country. Please help me also with this one??
Hoping to hear from you soon and with god grace I will be able to send all the documents soon and make it to canada with my son.
Thank you in advance
