Captain,

Hi,
I had applied for  Permanent Residence(Federal Skilled Worker)NOC#3131as Industrial Pharmacist received rejection stating “I was not eligible for processing in NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 3131 - PHARMACIST category, as I have not provided sufficient evidence from your employer that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.”
I am planning to reapply. New guidelines states –reference letter from all past employers of 10 years.
Its is very hard to get this from my past employers as I have relocated and one of the companies has even merged with other company and disbanded. I am trying to get in touch but chances are very dim.
I have original joining and relieving letters and salary details, but don't have anything of job responsibilities and duties.
I am trying to get job responsibilities and duties letter from the current employer...which is same as previous work profile.
What to do in this case? Do you suggest without this, shall I attempt again for the applying?

Regarding the reference letter, I have taken an idea from CIC site but anything specific if needed Or any sample reference letter, plz guide me for that.

Hi Qorax
I want to ask one thing.. Now it's more than 6 months I sent my passport and medical.
I been to UK in 2003 for my study. I sent UK NOC to CHC, I want to know, will CHC do background check in UK as well or not?
Plz also tell me why it's taking long time to get visa? I seen many cases people get their Visa within 3-4 months after they sent their passport.
Thanks

This is what I found written on the document checklist:

Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience.

I owned my own cell-phones repair shop and I do not have any contracts or similar documents. I was the owner, manager, technician ,cleaner, basically everything.  I was charging the customers when they would have come to take their phones.
However, there are two types of documents that exists:
1 The bill from the cash register. (It only has the cost of the service and it says "service"(no specified type of service like keypad problem or network problem etc.)
2 Recite issued when customer leaves his phone for service ( this was the proof that he have a phone at my shop). I had this recite returned to me after I return the phone to a customer.

I can also provide bank statements.

My question here is how do I prove what I had worked? (should I find some of my former customers to write a statement.)

Qorax and other seniors please help me here.
Thanks

dear qorax:
sorry for this much of questions, but i need ur opinion with this ,i will finish all the documents within 3-4 days except the language test which going to take one month,so what do u think i shall do, sending the documents without the IELTS results and explain that in the cover letter that why am late and the IELTS results will be sent after one month or wait till i have results and send the all together after one month, what do u think is going to be more useful ..sorry again for this  much of questions..
thanks

Dear abutalab, i am attaching the cio instruction from their instruction guide below :

"If you do not submit the results of your official language proficiency test with your application to the CIO, your application will not be processed and will be returned to you as incomplete."

 @          qorax

Today i get my CAIPS note.

Its very frustrated moment for me when i c there is a BFD 21-09-2010. There isn't any other BFD after it. Till today i cant get anything from CHC ND. And only 10 points added for age only. Everything else is blank means no points awarded or not any check has been done. My ecas status is in process(with RBVO) since last 4 months. So now what next....

(1) There is a line in CAIPS which confused me:

PENDING : COPY OF MASTER'S DEGREE FOR SPOUSE.

Which i hd already sent. At the time of submission we cant get degree certificate of my wife's master degree, becoz the date of convocation was in Aug 2010 and i had to submit my docs before July 1st week. So we requested in university about it and university was issued a temporary Degree certificate which is valid to provide anywhere. Its a government University.

So now what i hv to do in it......? Can i send a copy of degree certificate provided by university in Aug 2010 now or wait for CHC's request letter for it...?

(2) There is another problem in CAIPS with my Contact No. of home. They typed it wrongly and when i check my application forms, the number typed by me was correct. So its a typing mistake of CHC's staff member.

So now what i hv to do for it...??

One thing is clear now IN PROCESS with RBVO IS A VERY VERY BIGGER LOLLIPOP GIVEN BY CHC TO ITS PRE JUNE 38 CATEGORY APPLICANT.
