Qorax,
Can someone else receive the call for interview (if needed) on behalf of principal applicant if he/she is not present in country at the time the call is made? I ask this because sometimes CHC just calls instead of sending a letter. Can I receive this call on her behalf then relay interview date to her?

Dear captain Qorax,
yesterday i got my MR. SGVO requested me to submit personal net worth statement from together with medical report
Now, i need your help regarding following things,
I am submitting my 12 months bank statement to prove that 1 have 12000 CAD in my bank account.(as i am single, 12000 CAD is enough, i have no liabilities, no other assests)
Now, while filling net worth statement form what should i write:
Value of all Assests already in Canada: ? (i guess this should be "0")
Funds to accompany: ?
Assests to be Transferred later: ?
waiting for your reply..

Need your advise as I am a pre june 2010 applicant and the processing time takes longer than expected..
Do you think it's wise to apply under the new 2011 rulings if I have another occupation that falls under 29 NOC?

My work permit is expiring soon and I need to extend my work permit . Could you please suggest me
If I need to apply online or by paper application .Which one will be quicker ??
Other than LMO , Job letter , passport copy and work permit copies , is there anything elase required ??
I would appriciate your help.

Could you please reply to #1025.
Also I have one more question related to that query, if I apply PR with my work permit (not with that AEO as I got negative opinion yesterday ) would I get 15 points . And is there any requirement that a person must have worked in canada for atleast a year to apply without AEO (using just work permit).
I will be very greatful for your help.

I originally applied in Oct 2009 and got 1st file number from CHC Australia in March 2010 and then again got another 2nd File number from CHC London on 10th Aug 2010 and since then all is quite no communication from them. Tried to contact CHC London via email no response till date. I had already submitted all my documents including the IELTS and PCC in between March 2010 and June 2010 via my consultant.
Please advice how long should i wait for an ans from CHC, as i even don't know if my file is approved or not. My consultant have already taken the CHC fees from me longtime back and says has deposited along with my application originally to CHC Australia.
Waiting for your input and advice on my case.

I badly need your suggestion. I want to apply for NOC 1122. My whole set of documents is ready except the letter from my employer. I work at Microsoft India and they do not have any policy to issue the letter which confirms the roles and duties of the employees. still they are trying to issue, but it might take some time. So, Can you advise me what to do now? Is there any other way to proof roles and duties? As per the updated checklist they will not accept anything apart from the company reference letter.

Get whatever u can from Ms-India... then attach that with three [3] things: ONE - an explanation letter from u; TWO - A "self-declared affidavit" on your exact JDs; THREE - enclose as much 'proof' as u can which'd show that u actually r doing that job that u claim. Some of them could be your business card, your imdt superior's b/card, work photos, internal correspondences, work emails, projects/evaluations done by u, business papers written by u, editorial insertions of yours in any trade magazines... etc. Qorax |
