Yes ,I am a 'in Canada' applicant .
Also Yes , this LMO is for my current job but I am on a open work permit which I got after study . So I need a HRSDC confirmed job title (also the reason why I applied fr AEO) .

Thanks

Hi Qorax ,

I have no idea baout FSW categories .I consulted to a lawyer and he told me to go for AEO .
I have 2 years experience in India and working for last 9 months in Canada . Because my job was not HRSDC confirmed , that is the reason I applied for AEO , but in the meantime I got my LMO approval also which I will be using by end of the year as my work permit is expiring on that date.

Just one clarification ,  now I am on open work permit but once I receive the LMO approved work permit wouldn't my job be considered as HRSDC confirmed Huh Because in that case I need not to have a AEO .

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi qorax!

I applied first in may 2010 (pre june). Got my first AOR and 2nd AOR.

I applied again in June 2011 (post june). I haven't received PER yet.

In my ecas status when I use my first file number it shows my both applications.

1st application is "received by visa office"

2nd application is "application received"

I want to know will I get any PER for my 2nd application or any new file number?? or it will stay the same file number??

Can any body shed light on that? Whats gonna happen? Will they process my application faster as post june applicant or only consider my pre june application.

I have not received any PER for my post june application. My application was received there on 10 june 2011.

Regards and thanks much

Dear Gorax,
I need your advice regarding short stay accomodation addresses in Ottawa.
I did several trials by internet to find some affordable place for family of 4, but in vain.
Thank you for your time.

hi all

enquiry for my friend

he applied on sep 2009, in arranged employment(working in canada),, los angeles vo ,, he got decision made on oct 2010 and rejected,, because forget to send the renewed work permit,,
even visa office has to be requested for  doc request,, then his lawyer send the proper explanation and after that  they reopened the file .he got medicals in dec 2010,he got married and he done medicals for his wife too and add her to his file,

now after that he was waiting till now,, he was about to order caips notes,,  now he got an email from his consultant, after 7 months

I just was informed by NHQ Ottawa that your medical results have now been forwarded to the visa post. Do you still want me to do the Access of Information for your CAIPS Notes?
suggestions please ,,is it take too long for medicals?HuhHuh??
thank you

Dear qorex

I got PER 30th of March-2011 & post june applicant. Initial eligibility completed by CIO, I got pass mark may be. I am feeling tense next review by VO because they rejected few file for insufficient points. I have completed three years Bachelor then two years Master's from university. Will VO count 25 points  from my education? As per cic guideline I can claim. Please reply me.

Hi Qorax,

I have few questions:
My current status online shows this message:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 8, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 11, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
My Visa office is Buffalo.

After that i sent them mail regarding my change of address and change of status from H1 to F1 on 11th July.

Now online its not showing any mailing address, why is that?
And now what are the steps they will take to finish the application.
How long it will take to finish total process.

Thanks,
Andy

I read in this forum one member has rejected by VO due to insufficient points. VO was mistaking calculated points from his education. I have also same question as per post june rules if your score equal to or grater than pass mark then CIO will sent  entire application  to the visa office for further processing. For that reason I am feeling tensed. My NOC also 4152.
Reply me.

Regards.
