Hi Quorax,
How is everything, friend?
My status has changed today to “IN Process” from “Received by Visa Office”. This has occurred after about 11 months from the last update. However, there is a mystery. After clicking “In Process”, I found no change at all. Also my address line is absent. Can you update what actually is going on?

Hi Qourax

I am in great trouble plz. help me.

I have been waiting since last one year for medical till today, as i am applicnat of 38 occupatin list.
Now i need child then what should do?
If, my wife is preganant and medical comes then what will happen? Shw will able to do medical or me only or we will have to wait untill she dilivers a child.

1. She can use a 'protective shield' & take the Xrays. 'Coz, w/out the Xray report u guys WILL NOT be offered the PRVs.

2. If u could thereon 'land' before the delivery, everything'd be smooth -- if not, u'd require to 'include' the baby in your case file - get his/her meds - fetch a fresh PPR [for all] - submit the pps [all] - get the PRVs - then fly. It'd delay u by 6 months approx.

Hi qorax ,

I need your urgent help , please suggest me if there is any solution.

More than six months ago , my employer applied for AEO (Arrange employment opinion) for the post of QA Engineer. Last week my employer got call from service Canada and after thousand clarifications they replied that my salary is a lot less (50000CAD as compared to 68000CAD they want) and there are potential of getting my LMO with negative opinion.

I am waiting for this opinion for last 9 months and with this response what would you suggest me(or my emplyer) to reply to them . They did not decided about the opinion yet and are waiting for the last response by my emplyer before this Friday . It really does not make much sense that a fresh graduate would  get 68000 CAD as they want.
Please suggest me what should I do and could any lawyer do anything in this case.

Please reply.

Thanks

Dear Mr Gorax,
I am owner of 3 bedroom flat and do not know how should I mention my property while landing?
How much time will it take to encash TCs in Canada?
Should I list weight of jewellery items and write down approximate prices or to take photos
 will be quite enough?
Sorry, if I did repeat well-known questions.

HRSDC obviously has some doubts about the authenticity of your employer's LMO request [leading to that AEO]... if he could prove his intensions well -- u shouldn't have any worries. It's the employer who is under their radar - not u.

1. That property might not be mentioned anywhere -- irrelevant.
2. TCs r cashable on-the-spot.
3. List the gross units of the jewelleries & it's total amount on the B4. Then have a separate sheet enlisting each piece with it's value.
4. Yes, all pcs of jewellery MUST have their colored pics.
5. Weight of the pcs aren't required.

Ps.: Kindly read my thread on B4.

Hi Qorax ,

Regarding your Posts: 5969

I already have a valid LMO (valid till Nov 2011) , could it help in strengthen my case. You are right about the employer under their radar as they are questioning a lot to them. But what can I do , because if emplyer do anything wrong then i will be in very bad situation.

Please give some points to strengthen (or convince) the service Canada regarding my application (also about proving genuineness of employer) if you can.

Your help is always appreciated.

Thanks

1. R u an 'in Canada' applicant?
2. Is that LMO related to your current TWP?
