are your JDs on the letter issued by your boss?? and is that letter on company letterhead? of your answers are yes to both questions than you will be fine..

Dear Haral,
I am July,2011 applicant and my application reached CIO on 25th July. have not heard from them yet.
I my sent experience and service certificate signed by the MS of the Hospital but it doesn't contain my JD except that I am H.Pharmacist and this much is my salary and i was on contract from this to this date and permanent from this to date. As our clerk said that it's hospital policy that we don't write JD on experience & service certificate, for JD go to your immediate boss as he can. So i demanded a reference letter from my Chief Pharmacist with JD and he provided me the same. And I have included all these three documents in my application i.e. Experience & service certificate by MS & reference letter with JD by Chief Pharmacist. Will purpose of JD be solved by my Chief Pharmacist reference letter?or CIC will return my application because JD is not mentioned on my experience and service certificates?

Hi Master Qorax,
When you send a Case Specific Enquiry to your VO, do you get an acknowledgement? I didn't get any for the email I sent 3 days ago. So am just checking just in case I need to send them another query.

I know if we send a general enquiry, we do receive an acknowledgement.

Thank you in advance.

If u go thru the CIC web-page, u'd get an automated ack. If u send them a direct email, u wouldn't.

Dear Qorax

I need your advice because I am worried about a latest development in my case. A TCS guy called me today in the morning and I collected the envelope from their office after paying Rs. 1310 and giving them a copy of my CNIC. I opened the envelope right there and found the original documents. There is no intimation of a decision or covering letter.

My time lines were as under:
Application sent:    October 2008
Full documents sent: December 2009
Case transferred to London: 30 June 2010
Review started: 18 October 2010

Does it happen sometimes that they dispatch original docs and Medical separately? I have noticed all applicants get their originals and meds in the same envelope. Why they didnt attach a covering letter intimating me of the decision or development taken in my case.

How should I proceed now. Please give me reply.

Regards

Relax... it happens sometimes... your file isn't ready for meds as yet. However, your b/ground checks seem to be complete - which is why those docs r back to u. But, the file may still be in queue -- for the meds release.

Hold your horses for a few weeks more - and the glory shall be yours.

Hi Master and Captain,
Thanks.
The automated ack is posted on the computer screen after 'submission' or is an email sent to the email address given on their form? I went through the CIC web-page.
Thanks again.

Dear qorex,
After many days, yesterday I checked my status, it was changed from "RVO" to "In Process" , don't know exact date when it was changed. Then I tried to get more information by clicking "In Process", the following message was there:

"We received your application for permanent residence on March 20, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 3, 2010. The London England office may contact you."

I have some questions here, I need your expert replies .
May 29, 2010 is the date when they issued me 1st. AOR. They didn't mention about 2nd AOR's issuing date. I sent my complete application to London visa office on Sep. 12, 2010, then how can they transfer my case to London office on 3rd June 2010?
Secondly if they have sent my case to London on 3rd June 2010, then why r they telling me so late almost after 14 months and changed status to "in process"?
regards,

Dear Master.

One thing more i forgot to mention it is that Pakistani government has banned to transfer money from Pakistan to any other country.so in this situation it is impossible for me to again transfer it back to Saudi arabia.

Dear Qorax,

I did sent inquiry to Buffalo VO for follow up on my application. And they replied as follow:

CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.

We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from April 2010 during the current calendar year.

Canadian Consulate General, Buffalo New York

Immigration Section

www.buffalo.gc.ca

I have question;
1- what does this mean, did they had totally stopped working on pre june 2010 applicant?
2- You have any idea what is going on at Buffalo VO??
3- When they will resume processing of Pre June application???

Please reply.

Thank you very much.

The funds should be in 'your' a/c or with one of 'your dependents' listed in your CIC-application. No one else's will work.
