CC charged : 11th August 2011
Not using any lawyer and mentioned mode of communication in the application as 'email'

1) My question is what is the usual processing time to receive a file number... have not heard anything from CIC after cc charged..
 
2) does cc charging means the application was complete, plus do they check the eligibility before charging CC.

3) or getting the file number means PER, what happens next?

1. i have 2 kids and spouse migrationg with me, do i need to fill the application form IMM0008 Dep .it says any deppendants more than 5 five only.
2. what educational documents required for my kid doing second std.
3. i may apply only sep 15 only, is it possible get into the cap 3131.
4. my wife's place of birth is different in passport from birth certificate , is it okay a affidavit to convince cic.
5. do need to send whole passport copy or only the first and last page is ok?
6. I have university transcript notorized copy not in sealed envelop. is it okay or not?

Dear Captain !
Looking forward for you usual assitance on following.
I am FSW. Planning to land in Toronto in September., I have a plan to leave my family in Canada and come back to Saudi Arabia to continue my job for another one year and then will join my family in CANADA.
I have relatives in Que-bec, Montreal who offered my wife to come and stay with them till her delivery time as i will be away.
Since, as FSW we cannot leand in Que-bec, but if i choose to stary in Monteal for one year.
How Health Insurance and other things will be affected ? Will Que-bec will accept us ?
And can we move back to Tornonto after a year ?
Can i give my relatives address of Montreal to post my PR Cards ?

Please advise how above siutation can be handled

1. U'd have trouble in giving that address for the PRCs. Use a Toronto one.
2. However, staying there is a non-issue. U'd receive the healthcare as per Quebec policy too.

I am planing to land alone to get settle & then will call me spouse to join later.

I need to ask

(1) When she land alone ..does she need to fill all forms ( B4 n all ) ? Does she need to show proof of fund ?

(2) I am planning to land in Toronto. For health card i know there is 3 month waiting. But when i land does it automatically covered my spouse ? or She need to wait for 3 months, after her landing ?

1. She wouldn't be required to show/declare anything. The facility of B4 is one-time, during initial landing by the PA only.
2. She'll get it after 'she' spends 90 days here.

One more thing ! So should i apply for ontario health insurance and go to Monteral or i should i go to montreal straight away after landing. Can you explain the suitable trouble free process please. it will be highly apprecaited.

Q1: I just applied to CIC under the Federal SKilled Worker Class for Permanent Resident. All my Documents are OK and I sent it through DHL 3 working days [on 18th Aug. -Thur.]  but I saw on 22nd Aug -Mon. on the CIC website that the CAP - 500, for the job I applied has been reached. I tracked my DHL package and it just arrived Canada on 23rd and I later read a txt msg that said it was just received in CIC on the 25th August.
Will I still be considered since I have mailed my application before the cap was reached?

hello, my elder brother X is a P R card holder of Canada. But he didn't add my name in his  Brothers and sisters list. because my another brother Y's birth date and my birth date is same year according to our certificate. ( we are not twine ) My X brother added my Y brother's name. So he hid my name. But I want to apply Canada under FSW.

1. can I claim 5 points as a relative ?
( My PR card holder brother's and my present and permanent address, Father's and mother's name are same )  
2. is there any opportunity to add my name  Brothers and sisters list ?
3. How the process ?

Dear Qorax, im here again.

I asked you before about the SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA C-50 ROLLOUT OFFICE. wherein the word ROLLOUT just came out to my ecas last week. Before there no word ROLLOUT.

and you answered MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

Dear Qorax may ask again what is C-50 ROLLOUT OFFICE? or SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA C-50 ROLLOUT OFFICE? does that mean it was transferred to other office? or did they review for the next step?

Most of prejune applicant here in the Philippines. There ecas stated that there supporting documents were received by Manila Office. (all of us had received 2nd aor already)

  5.thank you somuch for your advise. but in the new check list passport copy needed only the where details like name , passport no , date of birth and place of birth only, expiry and any chnges in name only . so if it is whole passort means do i need to notorize whole copy or what.?

OHIP is applicable to u after 90 days of residence in Ontario. Ditto is for Quebec.

Quebec Health Insurance Plan

Medical care is available throughout Québec. This service is covered by the universal Health Insurance Plan administered by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec or RAMQ (Québec health insurance board). All Québec residents are eligible for this Health Insurance Plan. They must register with the RAMQ to obtain a health insurance card.

Before consulting a physician or other health specialist, make sure that he or she practices under the Québec Health Insurance Plan. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the visit yourself.

Yes, u can, if u could provide documentary evidence to the same [birth certs] and the other qualifying docs.

However, while on Xref, your brother-X might face some issues [non-declaration of his siblings]. But, u'd have no issues.
