Dear friends,
I am new to this thread. Please accept my detail.

Name: Deba
NOC: 1111
Applied to CIC: Feb 2010
Docu sent: Aug 2010
Waiting for 2nd AOR
Current E CAS status "RBVO"

Can u advice me regarding a problem?
When I sent documents to Singapore office in Aug 2010, I hope I sent all things properly but one. I did not know the transcript must be university sealed envelope. I sent the transcripts after notarizing like other documents. I could understand my mistake the day before yesterday. My ecas shows "Received by visa office". Shall I send the transcripts again?

On the other-hand, my passport is going to expire in Feb 2012. If I apply for a newer one, it will take at least a month. Should I wait to get it so that I can send all the documents at a time?
Please suggest. Many many thanks in advance for your reply.

QORAX please help.

My status reflects as decision made since 26/06/2011, but yet have not received passport back.

I had sent passport alongwith medicals before 2 months and as mentioned above decisiion made is reflected since last 20 days but yet not received passport back.

How much time does it take to get passport and where to track about my passport and how can i get the same back.

Request your help and thanks in advance.

U should be hearing from them anytime now... most likely your pps have been stamped... it's just the return delivery, which takes usually 4-6 weeks.

Dear Qorax ......

i have an inquiry about one of my relatives .....he is my cousin brother.
. His Wife applied under skilled worked in april 2007. they got their file Number in that case.
Now as there is'nt any news about that case since,  so they are thinking to withdraw that case
and my brother( husband) wants to apply fresh case under his name  in Quebec Skilled category. Have a few questions .

1) Is it wise to withdraw long pending  case?
2) Can they keep 2007 case and apply another one now?
3) Is it possible for husband to apply fresh case while his wife is awaiting decision in another case where he was secondary applicant?

Regds

a) Multiple applications can be files by us @ anytime... and all of them can move simultaneously as well.
b) Yes, the spouses can move simultaneous separate applications... any category - any stream.

Dear Qorax

I am a pharmacist want to apply under 3131 category of FSW.
Actually i applied last time for immigration in sep 2008 (application submission date) and i was through agent who prepared my case under 6221 and 1221 i.e, Technical sales rep & secretary..I showed experience without employers name mentioning on the application like that 2001-06 as a secretary..part time..(though my graduation period was also same ..graduated from pakistan 2001-06..Bpharm session..) & 2006-2008 as  a medical representative IN DUBAI...after sometime i got NQ (Non qualifying) Letter from CIC ..sydney  along with bank draft which I Paid application fee i.e,550cad..

Now I want to know as i didn't submit any documents at that time except two pages application form...Do they have record of my that experience/or application form???

Originally i have pharmacist experience from 2006-2009 here in UAE..with original labor contract mentioning the pharmacy name ... but because of agent consultancy , he prepared my case like that .

Can I show original experience now like 2006-2009 as a pharmacist...i have only doubt may be they will object that last time in application form (if they have record) i mentioned as med rep experience and now i am showing as a  retail pharmacist..

Just guide me in that regard

thanx

Though they do tally previous informations... yet, this issue will not be a deal-breaker for your new application. Relax & go for it.

1. Don't worry about the transcripts... if they want it - they'd ask forit.
2. As u near your meds - renew the pps & send it's copies. Not now.

Not necessarily... but the chances of PRV is quite strong [I'd say 90%, if that makes u happy!].

Qorax,

Just joined forum need advice.

Applied June 21, 2010,  received 2ND AOR Jan. 2011.  AOR Letter said:

Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied require on average of 24 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office by July 2011 you are requested to contact this office directly.Sent case specific e-mail in July as instructed asking for status,  but no reply.

ECAS still shows:

Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete.

Is my application IN PROCESS?
Why no reply from CHC case specific e-mail?
Where 67 points accepted?
Why has ECAS not changed?

Please help.

1. Yes, u r 'in process' -- that's what the 2nd AOR signifies.
2. They do not necessarily respond to every query... especially so early in the processing stage - 'coz they might really have nothing to reply.
3. Yes, seemingly so.
4. It would -- give it a bit more time.
