Dear Qorax

two major questions from my side

A)There is a typing error in my form which i have submitted.
my wife has done masters in personnel management and we have given transcripts for the same duly signed by the concerned university BUT while filling up the form my agent has written the name of the course as : Masters in commerce,......... Maybe because she has done her bachelors in commerce and he must have got confused ( in short he wrote M.Com in place of MPM ( year of completion is right i.e 2 years)

B. I have submitted the form under NOC code 0631 ( as you can see in my details) and i have 5-6 years experience for the same. From july 2010 till date my job falls under  different NOC 0015 and  by the end of this july my NOC 0015 would complete its one year ( as this is my new job and NOC code is different too)

do you think i should inform about this to NDVO/CHC ?? about my both the problems?
will it create any trouble in my future processing if i do not inform them now?

pls revert

Thanks and regards

dear Qorax,

I passed my application July 1, 2011 but I did not include employment contract. I only included certificate of employment. My agency only asked for that and I did not know if my agency wrote any explanation form the cover letter. Will my application be automatically rejected?

Thank You

1. U should kick the 'A' of your consultant, for not giving due diligence to your apps while filing.
2. If u r yet with CIO-NS, u cannot update those infos... if u r with CHC-ND already -- do it asap.
3. Send a 'fresh' corrected form, under a cover letter, explaining the error [to your VO, if that's applicable].
4. U don't need to mention about the job change as yet... lest it adds to the confusion! Do it later.

U r supposed to submit as much docs possible, for your job experience claim/s. Not necessarily it'd be rejected for the same - just that it'd have made the VO's work easier... which'd mean faster processing speed.

Qorax
Ps.: Again a folly by your consultant.

Can you give me some time line when should i get MR?
Is my case really IN PROCESS?
What is trends at Buffalo right now?

Please give your valuable views on my question.

Thank you for the reply Qorax, but do you think this will effect, as in any case it is a master degree. About NOC code I have already put my present job as 0631 whereas it should have been under 0015.

With your 2nd AOR it's obvious that your file is being 'worked-upon'... it is 'in process'. However, when u'd get your meds - cannot be opined... lot depends on very-many factors.

i can show computer printed passbooks or statements for these accounts.??
No. Not permitted. The settlement funds ought to be brought-in 'cash' or 'drafts' or 'TCs'.

2) i have about 10K USD ... can i use these dollars ??
Yes. U can bring them in 'cash'.

3) can i take draft in indian Rs..??
No. U, anyway, won't be able to make one. International drafts ought to be in a foreign currency.

4) can i take USD travel checks??
Yes.

U can't communicate with CIO-NS... their's a one way channel.
BTW: It's fine if u have changed your financial product... as long as u have the required funds somewhere, which can be documented -- u r good with it. Nearing the meds the VO'd ask u again an updated POF - send the info then.
