One more question :

PCC is must for any place where you lived for more than 6 months.

In my case, I used to live in military base that doesn't come under jurisdiction of local police/Government. Like, I lived in Iraq for 3 years and then moved to Sudan where UN was controlling that base. After that I moved to Afghanistan.

Would be there any exception in this case? or suggest any alternate please. I do have US Military authorization letters i.e LOA, Badges and other privileges letters to prove my stay and work.

While on FSCA [Field Service Controlled Area], or @ UNPKF [like ISAF, in your case], or on VOPIL [Vulnerable Out-Post In Living], or on ACA [Aid to Civil Authorities], or ERE [Extra Regimental Employment] & the likes... u could be garrisoned in NFSL [Non Family Strategic Locations] -- these wouldn't have any civil control, thus a PCC won't be possible. U could write an explanation letter to your VO on the issue & request a 'waiver'.

However, it'd be interesting to know how would u propose to submit those military docs -- given that most of it would be CMCs [Classified Military Communications] concerning OLs [Ops Locations]!

Actually I need your advice regarding my situation. One of my friend recommended your name, so I came to the forum and this is my first post.
I studied in canada for 2 years(Starting in Sep 2007) and then I applied for FSW  (In 2010)  in Canada based on my indian experiance through an immigration lawer. My case got rejected by CIO because my lawer applied without AEO. Then I worked for one year in Canada and applied under CEC in Apr 2011 and now I m planning to fix my past case and wana apply under FSW in July 2010. So Here are some of my questions.

1) I have now AEO from my employer as well, If I apply under FSW with an AEO, am I bonded to the employer.
2) I am planning to move to Saskatoon for few reasons, can I leave my job with my present employer with whom I have Aeo and work on another job in Saskatoon. Does it effect my FSW case or CEC case.
I will really appreciate, if you answer my query.

If you want to check your DD then they will not reply to you. I made my DD from same I called to them they replied they can not give me this information as I made my DD through a exchange co so they will never disclose third pary information to you. I also sent a mail to them but same reply as on phone call. It is better to wait and just pray for it.
