Dear Qorax,

I am a Pre-June applicant.

I received my 2ND AOR on Jan 26, 2011.  What surprised me was: I have the same Immigration File Number as my 1ST AOR.  Do you know if how is it going to affect my application?

Nothing to worry... it'd not affect your processing... many have it that way.

My full application is ND VO since 26th April 2010. Its 12months +, still ecas-rbvo. I have submitted my original payslip and transcripts of my degrees. I need my originals. I have send case specific enquiry 5 weeks ago, I am unable to get ans. What shall I do? how I can get my originals coz I need to submit my Payslip to UK home office after 2months. let me suggest plz.

Dear Qorax,

i have applied for canadian immigration under the skilled worker class. i had applied in july, 2004. in feburary, 2010 i was asked for original documents, which i sent in march 2010. i received approval of application on 16th April, 2010. i was advised by chc islamabad to wait for medical instructions.Since then its been more then a year. No response from CHC Islamabad ,despite several reminders and emails, i want to ask what is the time for receiving medical instructions from chc islamabad and also is there any hope from them for next step. As i am almost fedup of this..........

 

Unfortunately CHC-Isb is one of the slowest VOs [they have their reasons though]. And being immensely understaffed, with piling case files, doesn't help either.

Pls have faith & hold-on...

1. Usually it takes 3-4 months from the meds to get the PPR.
2. Yes, they might ask u for it, 'coz u r there for over 6 months.

Next Question: How would they know?

I have completed more than 8 months now, post my 2nd AOR and when I had asked my consultant to send an enquiry to CHC london they got a reply :

"Since we have received applications for more than 425,000 people (between Feb 27th 2008 & June 25 ,2010 ) & that 144,000 had not yet received a decision. Many of these applicants may have to wait for 2 or more number of years for their applications to get processed".

What is the interpretation of this? Do i have to wait for an year more, to get my case processed? I had sent my docs on 14/06/2010 to CHC London.

Please advise. I am getting quite disappointed now with this PR thing.

It's taking 24-36 months @ CHC-London now to complete our cases.

As I've opined many times before -- the Transferee Cases [Isb-to-Lon] move under a separate queue... u should expect more delays than their direct cases.

It could take around 8-12 months hereon for u to get the PRVs.

I was happy when I read my case back in "In-process" but when I read all those date and I got 2nd AOR in November 2010, even I sent my full documents in August 2010, my e-case was before RBVO and then In-process then after gone in RBVO.
today morning I checked back its In-process again but date are April 2010 ! thats strange for me, becasue I sent full documents in August 2010, get 2nd AOR in November 2010 then how these date appeared April 2010 "In-Process"

That April date is the day when CIO had 'internally' transferred your case file to your VO.

but that time I not sent my full-documents, and I got first stage reply on March, 2010 by email and got post in April , 2010.
then why "In-process"  before submit Full Documents? my second AOR (2nd AOR from Buffalo) issued in November 2010. there were no date of november 2010!!!!
I don't understand process. and with "In-process" link there is no my address on E-case too.

So this means it's not actual In-process which another people get after getting 2nd AOR and before medical done?
Please help out Qorax.
