Just ordinary folks - exactly like u & everyone else!

I just want to ask u that i 'd applied under FSW1 category in sept 2010 under noc 6242.But unfortunetly i got NER  in jan 2011,as they (CIC) said that they are not satisfied that i'm cook. (thats my fault because the reference letters which i provide from my past employers dos't mention my job duties on it.& also i'd not given them experience letter from my current employer.)
now i'm planning to resubmitt my application with reference letters ,job duties mentioned on it from my past & current employers.
In the mean time in the month of  october 2010 one my my friend in canada applied the Aeo for me, which is in proceess right now.as it takes 6 to 7 months for approval.
now the question is should i repply as FSW1 (By self assessment i've 68 points)and later when i got AEO ,can I switch to FSW2 from FSW1.or should I wait and apply as FSW2 when I got AEO after 2 or 3 months.(Also keep in mind that FSW1 programe may have some changes in june 2011.so may be at that time i've less than 67 points.and also it is quite possible that my Aeo dos't get approval.)
so what will u suggest.
u'r suggestion will be highly helpfull for me.

Hi Qorax,

My file is with CIO on 10 Feb . Mode of payment is BD.

Yesterday i emailed to SBI CA branch for BD status but no reply from them till now.

Can you please suggest me what is worst time lag CIO took till now for encashment ?

If u r within the 29 NOCs -- u should apply now. As u get the AEO [later], u can add it into your file.

Obviously they r bugged with your 'low' IELTS score & the prospective Job Offer. They'd grill u on both the angles, when called. Be prepared with suitable answers, especially on the AEO -- and u'd be comfortably set to go.

U r unnecessarily whiling away your time here - rather sit down & write that reply [on your language skills Vs. its non-requirement to the prospective employer]. Nonetheless, be prepared for some grilling - as language skills r a must for the PR, whether we have an AEO or otherwise.

But i found that 95% applicant`s BD / or CC charged within 15 days. So i am little worried.

After the 2nd AOR/PER, anything & everything must go to the VO [not to CIO-NS]. And always remember to write a Cover Letter. As soon as the baby is born - Register the Birth [obtain a Birth Cert... hospitals will assist u with it, but the onus of getting the B/Cert shall rest with the parent/s] & Apply for his/her Pps. As u receive the pps, send the following to your local CHC [your VO]:

Today when i checked my e-cas with my OLD Backlog file number, i found 2 links in my e-cas.

When i clicked on first one "Application Received" Then it shows that

We received your application for permanent residence on February 10, 2011.

What does it mean ? Should i expect that my application successfully passed Completeness check ? As my BD is still not encashed ?
