Guys something is going on with my E-case:
Tow weeks before while checking my E-case I noticed that they add my Father's name but I did not pay attention...but Today it came back like before ""my father's name disappeared"" so any Idea??

IELTS - Is compulsory accoridng to my consultant.
Police Clearance later u can apply.
Settlement Funds - If you show in ur file its good.. Just need to confirm abt its compulosory not? (Qorax Please reply for tht)

A.O.A In my E-case it is In-Process since June 2011 and they reviewing my application since 20th june 2011 in LVO. Last time they ask me to submit my company's ref letter on 21st dec 2011 and after that they made a Verification call to my office in 23rd april 2012. since then i m waiting. share your time line. and can we enquire about our application in LVO is it ok or not because my bro told me they become annoy if you enquir about your app. regards. |

No I never inquire about my current status, it is fact that when they ask for updated documents such as (PCC, Forms, Fees etc) meaning they are working on it. Also there is 3-5 months times for security check. (at this time no need to inquire about status). so I will inquire after 3 months since I sent my updated documents. I am planning to apply for FSW 2012 Noc 7241(electrician). I completed my bachelor degree in electronic and communication engineering and presently working as an electrician in London for past 3 year's .I got IELTS of 6 bands. Is my Foreign Credentials should be assessed before I apply for FSW. Please can you tell me about new skilled trader worker language requirement and my chances of qualifying for visa under new rules?

i think i have submitted all of my suporting docs. Last time the ask for ref Letter of my company in 21st Dec 2012, before that i submitted everything. you know they even call in my company for verifcation on 23rd april. do u think my security background check is going on. it is almost 6 months past since Dec. 2011. |

They sent me an e-mail yesterday, asking for updated Schedule A. They also asked when i and my family took Medical. They gave me 15 days. Does it mean BC has not started yet. And my file will be checked again after 15 days. How much more time will they take to issur PPR. Already 50 days elapsed.
