HI Qorax . i just check my ecas and it shows one additional line with previous one and now ecas is showing following details

"We received your application for permanent residence on July 13, 2011.

 We started processing your application on June 8, 2012."

what i would expect next ?

Thanks for the reply iam under Spousal Sponsorship and my visa office is Abu Dhabi and my e cas state that my medical received already,...so what is the next step hope to hear from you ideas.Thank you

Dear Qorax,

I am planning to take my IELTS on 12 July 2012 or 21 July 2012.
1) When is the next CAP opening for Canada PR. If any cap is opening in August 2012 so when is the date and will i be having a chance to apply.
2) In IELTS, If i get below 6 on average then is it good to proceed further or take the test again to cross 6 or more and then apply.

the answer is posted in several places in several posts. the time gap was 45-60 days earlier and 3-5 months in the present scenario. it can be SC or may be its over and your things will be back in any time.

i read on some threads/forums that ecas showing we started processing your application on date XX XX XXXX ,means that VO has completed the back ground checks. Does it true ?

As i belive that its means they start evaluating/looking at our file's

With reference to B4 form:

STEP-2:
a) Place all jewelry in Groups* & click Pictures [Must, else they'll not be accepted].
b) Title each Sheet. And put a Page No.
c) Take printouts of each Jewelry Group in A4 size paper [2 copies].
d) Make an Excel Sheet, for the Summary of the Jewelry Sheets. And place a Value against each group.
e) Total the Excel Sheet Value, in the end.

*Eg. 1.Rings, 2.Bangles & Bracelets, 3.Chains & Necklaces, 4.Cummerbunds, 5.Diamond Sets, 6.Ear-Rings & Pendants, 7.Head-Bands & Chokers etc. (each in one group/sheet). [the Title Heading can vary as per your choice & requirement]

Does this include artificial jewellery also or only gold n diamond?

It, usually, suggest that ur b/ground & security checks stand completed.

1. It's expected that the cap would be reset around 1st of Jul-2012.
2. Anything above "6.5" [indl bands at min '6'] is a safe bet.

Far from it.
It suggests 'only' that ur file has "Recommenced it's Processing"... b/ground check/s r "on".

I have done B.tech in Mechatronics from India..
i got 6.0 bands in IELTS.
i got admission in sheridan college in Electro-mechanical engineering techanican, robotics & automation course.
so i want to know this course are different with my previous degree??
can i get visa rejection with this??
I already checked the subjects and most of them i studied.
but my one friend did diploma in Mechatronics and he also applied for this course and he rejected visa. and Embassy said him that mechatronics and Electro-mechanical are different course.
so please suggest me...
