Dear Sir Qorax,
i have applied for permanent residence under FSW(AEO) category,recieved approval on 25th may 2011
then my file was send to Delhi visa office and i recieved AOR on 20th august 2011
on january18th 2012 i recieved mail from delhi visa office for my MR, PP, and RPRF
i came to india and submitted my PP and RPRF on 18th feb 2012
my MR has been recieved by VO
after around 40 days on 7th april i recieved a letter andPP from delhi visa office stating that they need my WP extension as my WP was valid upto 14th march2012
on 20th april i send my documents (LMO and job letter) to visa office
after one month on 20th may i recieved a mail that they have forwarded my documents to immigration department
meanwhile i applied forWP from india and got my work visa
till now i did not get any response from VO
i m in delima how long i have to wait for the reply
i hope u will give me valuable suggestion and guidance in this situation

hi qorax,from today i couldnot access my ecas,it was fine when i checked last night.my case was in process from march2012.is this a system glitch or something else.please advice

Dear Qorax my ecase is in-process status since April and it shows in-process which I can only open with UCI but cannot open it with new file number, on my enquiry they send me the below reply
This is to inform you that until now your original documents and decision letter had been misplaced in our London offices and remained unsent.
They will be sent in the next available TCS package to Pakistan.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If they wrote that it's a decision letter - then I'm afraid it could be a dangerous situation. Until u receive it we may not know what that entails. Qorax |
