Hello Qorax,
Since there are news of a class action suit, I would like to know if only those who joined in the suit will be affected. My AOR is Nov 2004, and I sent my updated documents in Jan 209.Kindly let me know about the details of how a class action suit works.
Thank you for all your efforts that help us gain so much.
Thanks

It works mostly in favor of CIC.

Hi Friends,
I'm a silent reader of this forum. My child is 25 months old and his fontanelle has not closed yet. His head is little big than normal. Height is OK but he is little under weight, teeth are growing slow. My question is when fontanelle normally get closed and what are the implications if it doesn't close in normal time. My medicals are ahead & someone told me that it can create problem in medical. Kindly tell will this thing be a problem or not in medicals.

Thanks

Dear Qorax,

I have total 7 years of IT experience

1) First 4 years - Software Engineer
2) Second 1+ Years - Business Consultant
3) 1+ Years (Current) - Senior Software Engineer (including responsibilities of a manager and technical expert dealing directly with Customers)

Am i eligible for applying 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management since my present designation is only software engineer however my previous 1+ year as Business consultant

If i can, is the quota still open for 1122 this year (2012).

If not please advice me any further steps

Designation is not the fact but your Job responsibilities. Study the JDs from the NOC site and if they suit on your JDs, you are good to go.

NOC: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx

There are other criteria, of course. Here you go:

Hi,

We understand the situation u r going thru and we wish ur child a speedy recovery. However, pls note that we r not medical professionals here, thus our info would be limited, which'd not impel us to offer any cognizative input to ur query.

What I understand on the subject is by reading this:
http://www.aafp.org/afp/2003/0615/p2547.html

I'd suggest u to take a medic's opinion on it, whether it'd affect ur baby's meds with CIC or otherwise.

I wish u all the best.

Once again, u don't need to w/draw the previous one... Any/many apps could go side-by-side.
