Thanks boss..... Hi,
Regretfully, it cannot be ascertained. It could go any way, however quite plausible to get into next steps too viz. Meds, PPR etc.

1. It could take 3-5 months from meds submission to the PPR, u aren't delayed yet, relax. 2. No issues. Renew it NOW, 'coz after PRVs it could be tricky to land with new pps.
Thank you Qorax. By 'NOW' do you mean before PPR is received? I am asking this because I am in the US attending a conference. What if I receive PPR while I am still away from my country. Just for clarification, Can I renew my passport AFTER I receive PPR, but BEFORE I send it for stamping. Sorry to sound rather 'thick' about it, but it's important for me to be clear about this. If u have to renew it - ensure that the PRVs r stamped in the new pp booklet. It'd make ur life lot easier.

They r into ur security checks. With the turbulence in that region things r getting delayed, besides ur VO is overwhelmed with work. This has nothing to do with u, just an unfortunate situation. Pls hold on & pray, for an early delivery of action. Qorax

Brother, no one can sanguinely comment on selection or rejection of a case. There r many variable involved. A rejection can loom large till one gets his/her PRVs, but that doesn't mean every one would be rejected, some could be though - at the last moment as well, however it's not usual. If ur apps is well made, it's supporting docs r correct & genuine - u have a fair chance at being selected. As reg. getting married: Pls do not hold ur life to ransom due to ur PR filing. Go ahead & get wedded. As long as the spouse is "added" into ur case file "before landing" - u r good. Qorax

Thank you my dear QORAX for your patience and sincere help ...
I understand from your comment that my chance is poor after all this DELAY and my case can be rejected (after paying RPRF and medicals ) due to their own unclear causes,, Am I wrong ??
Well , I must continue with my life as usual and get married and pray for god to help me ...
My sincere thanks and best regards .....

hi qorax.. have a pleasant day! can u please enlighten me with my dilemma.. first question/situation: I am single and no dependent. I will lodge my application this July and regarding proof of funds , my mom will provide that for me since i don't have any assets to declare. but she hasn't transferred that yet into my account. do i need to provide letter of explanation where did i get that money in that short period of time? second question/situation: i don't have any employment certificates from my previous employers but they will give employment certificate with detailed job description. My problem is i don't have my contract anymore from my first employer for 3years. and i don't have pay slips either because they don't provide us that. My second employer didn't provide any contract because i was only a part time and we just agreed regarding salary and other stuffs verbally. i have few pay slips left with me. do i need to photocopy and notarize those even if they're just few copies? regarding my contracts from my previous employers, do i need to make an affidavit why i don't have them anymore? what is the best thing to do? PLEASE enlighten me... THANK YOU!

Dear Qorax,
I just received an email from CHC London which states..... ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your message. Please be advised that the above file is currently undergoing routine background checks and you will be advised if any additional information is required. Sincerely, NMP High Commission of Canada/Haut-commissariat du Canada Immigration Section/Service d'immigration 1 Grosvenor Square London W1K 4AB/Londres W1K 4AB United Kingdom/Royaume-Uni ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I ve asked my bank with regards to Demand draft of RPRF that i sent to CHC. They said that my demand draft of 980 CAD$ paid to receiver general for canada on 5th April, 2012. my BFD was also 5th April, 2012 according to my CAIPS notes.....so what is ur kind n expert analysis that have i cleared the medical stage? and now my file is in BCC? Please throw some of ur piece of mind that how long it will take to my PPR?
Regards,
Rehan
