The first line says, "We,______________ And,______________"; Thus, it'd be "We, Name-1 (PA) And, Name-2 (Partner)" filling the form.
Qorax
Sir, You are really great as for these kinds of information, innocent people are paying thousands of rupees to agents. with best regards,

Dear Qorax, I am new comer to this forum. I am permanent residence applicant. I applied on july 2009. I went through interview on September 2011, medicals on October 2011. Still my Ecas shows "In process". I enquired CHC in Nairobi and they sent me these lines:
Good afternoon, Your application is nearing completion. You will be notified once processing is complete. Regards,
2 months ago they told that my application was in the last stage of processing
PLEASE translate and this is the second time i sought your help. regards,

Dear All,
Can anyone please clear the below mentioned:
We received your application for permanent residence on October 24, 2011. We started processing your application on February 7, 2012. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Does it mean the decision has been made to issue visa or reject file. The above written three lines are the status of a file. No mail has been sent confirming receipt of documents by Centralized Intake Unite, Canada; no letter has been sent, no medical has been request, no Right of landing fee has been asked to deposit till now. We were not having our application number till today, we got it just in a reply from New Delhi VO. They are saying they do not have any record of our application and in reply they send a number which when put in to check the client application status, they only got to know about the above status.
Is it possible that CIO, NS, Canada can made decision without sending us any mail or asking us anything. The application number has been generated but we are not intimated. The application has been processed and decision has been made.
Can anyone explain, what could be the story.
Thanks.

Hi Qorax, As you advised earlier, I wrote an explanation letter to NDVO that It won't be possible for me to obtain PCC for Iraq and Sudan. Last date to submit PCCs was 25th March. My letter was delivered to VO on 9th of March. Any idea how much time does VO take to issue a waiver? I'm waiting for VO's instruction to plan my R&R next month. Regards, Parry -U can do ur meds anywhere in the globe. -Usually they do not encourage that, however with genuine reasoning & some persuasive writing u could get that.

U can write to ur IO under whatever means/IDs u want, it makes no difference. However, whether u'd receive a response or not depends on the quality of ur query. Typically, timeframe queries will not be replied, usually. Even if they do, it might just be the copy-paste ones.

A timeframe cannot be pegged to that... ur file will move on it's own course based on it's b/g & security checks.

Countries where I travelled and worked are : Iraq, Kuwait, Sudan, Afghanistan, Kenya and currently I'm in South Sudan. I worked for US coalition forces and UN as a subcontractor worker in all those countries except current job and that was the reason I had to write an explanation letter for PCC waiver. This is my second application under MI-3 NOC 0631. Just an idea how long will it take to reach upto medical stage? A timeframe cannot be pegged to that... ur file will move on it's own course based on it's b/g & security checks.

2010 cases have a 2-yr "wait-queue". Ur file would come out of it in May/Jun-2012 & u'd see some movement there on.
