Today my company's chairman has died by a road accident. After getting the news I was stuck what should I do now? My company would close.

 In this situation I need to change my present job. Please help me in this regard How I will inform the visa office about my new job?

I sent an e mail to CHC London 2 days back in which i have asked the status of my application and asked for the update on my recently submitted documents and medicals n today i have received their reply which is as follows......The other thing that i would like to ask qorax that i had 23,364US$ in my account when i sent mt updated docs one year back to CHC london..now as i ve purchased my house here so i consumed that amount. Will CHC ask for the bank statement again or varify from bank?or intimate me first........???how they will go with regards to bank funds?

They may ask for Bank Solvency any time. BTW, I am not sure whether you have submitted MR or not. If you are to go for MR, definitely they may ask for Bank Statement along with MR and other updates.

They have already asked for MR and RPRF 2 months back  and i ve already gone through with my MR and RPRF, I have send them my updated forms, RPRF and DMP sent my medical as well.

Now they have my updated documents, forms, RPRF and medicals. They havn't asked for the bank statement up till now....In reply to my query after submitting all the above mentioned docs, They have send me the mentioned reply which i posted....

Usually, they don't require bank statement after this period. However, it may depend case to case. After MR, they, most often, emphasis on security checks.

Dear Haddad2010,

Any news from CIC, any Letter. Your case is similar to my case exactly.
1-No "In process" with RBVO detail
2-No "Real In process" with date
3-Not included the line We trasnfer your file
4-Straight "Decision made" from RBVO and decesion made line appear in middle exactly before the Received documents line.

I dont know what does it mean? but one thing i am sure that decesion made before medical is rejection but without going into in process. How its comes to decesion made.

Appreciate if someone could give us an advise.

We applied as a Common Law Partner last 2007 and we are able to attend an interview in Canadian Embassy in UAE in 2011. Up to date no reply from CIC. Last month our status online is decision made but as of today i cannot view our file number anymore. In your opinion do you think our  case is denied ?  

We approach our consultant but he refuse to give  any feedback and he told us that we need pay some money so that he can check . I think he just want to cheat us. I understand also if our case is denied CIC should send us a letter the reason for denial thru our Consultant. but my Consultant refuse to give any information about the real status of our application.

Is it possible to withdraw our consultant on this final stage of our application ?

Is it possible to send a letter to our VO mentioning our problem with our Consultant ? do you think it is acceptable or we need to withdraw our consultant first before sending letter.
