I have noticed another thing most of the guys in Chc London r getting their status changed to DM as earlier it happened in Chc NDVO......and few of them have their status changed to DM & others DM & processing date with letter sent ......what's the difference btw them.....can u pls shed some light on this latest ...?

today I noticed a changes in my e status!

We received your application for permanent residence on March 26, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 31, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 8, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 19, 2012.

What is this means? what could be the next step? Is it background check ?How long will take for getting MR?

My Detail

Application Received: 18 April 2011
PER: 24 May 2011
RBVO (London): 15 June 2011

My address dispeared on 23rd Jan 2012 and untill today it is missing.

I recived my 1st GCMS on 9 Dec 2011 and there was nothing my BFD was 04/11/2011 that was already pssed at the time of GCMS and I noticed that point calculated by CIC was 68 (it was wrong as it should be 72). But when CHC London calculated my point at Paper Screening it was 72.

Now today i got my 2nd GCMS (it was printed on 23 March 2012) and there is no change just my new new BFD is 04/02/2012 and it has already gone.

In Assessment nothing started untill today.

I also noticed in my 2nd GCMS that they have mentioned about my 1st CSE but they did not mentioned about 2nd.

They have also mentioned in my 2nd GCMS about my 1st GCMS with the same date and time (even same seconds as printed on my 1st GCMS) and also the person ID who printed my 1st GCMS. So now its clear that whenever we get our GCMS it is mentioned in our GCMS and our VO know about that.

Today I am really disapointed about my case one year passed but no progress at all.

I have applied for FSW-1 in year of Oct-2010.That time i had fulltime one year experience,and currently i am working with the same company with the same job title.Now i am planning to move India for 6 months for family emergency.

Do i have to continue my job with the same field? either USA or in India? or that's fine.

Is there any bad impression on my PR file?

1. Please can to tell me is this mean my security checks are over?
2.They sent me Medical on 16/04/2011, is that's mean after complete my security checks they issue me new medical?
3. They asked me to send Police clearance Certificates, I already sent them my UK police clearance Certificate in Feb, last year. I want to know do I need to send them UK PCC again (I never visited to UK, after I received PCC from Uk?.  Can I send them only PCC from India only or do I need to send PCC from Uk as well?
4. If I don't need to send UK PCC then do I need to send them covering letter explaining  why I am not sending UK PCC?

I have received visa few days back. The problem is that my spouse's COPR(client copy) has been exchanged with someone named xxxx by visa office. The information on COPR (cic copy with spouse's photo) is correct and no amendment is required.
What should i do? I need ur advice.
