Yeah, we have read that... seems quite plausible to be enacted, soon...
Qorax Sir, Will new point system be applied to existing applicants or to the new application ? What does below mentioned 2nd rule suggest "change would allow new regulations, once approved, to apply retrospectively to people who have already submitted an application. " |

New rules r coming... vis-a-vis Immigration Intakes... But remember that all these r in the pipeline... not lawfully passed yet... however, experiencing CIC's track record - these r expected to be enacted soon & in letter and spirit... Bottomline: Things r yet fluid - but changes r on its way for sure.

I need some feedback from you regarding add new born babies in the existing application.
My question is:
In average, how long it may take for SVO to charge the credit card or the bank draft for new born baby's application fee (cad$150)?
In my situation, I add my new born baby on September, 2011. But after that, still now the fee not yet being charged by SVO. In the mean time my credit card validity date will expired in few months. What should I do now? Send SVO an email? or Send another updated fee paying form with my new credit card number?

That's b'coz no activity was happening in ur case-file... it was under the 2-yr wait-queue. This yr, 2012, is ur deciding year. |

Hi, I have a question and I hope you can help me.
Currently i only have 65 points, for me to qualify I understand I need to have 2 more points and there is no way thatI can get that points except for my work experience, now my question is, If I submit my papers this July 2012 and I will be2 years with my work experience this coming September, will the VO consider this as 2 years of experience and gave me 17 points then?
please someone help me, clarify things out, Im confused and I dont want to waste my timeand money!!!

Hi qorax if you can assist I would be truly greatful. I got a letter from my VO in Jamica requesting medical and updated application forms. My question is should i sent supporting documents with the forms (eg job letter, qualification etc) or just the application forms.
