concerning the ministers speech published through BCC, please note the following and pray in the regard, however its just my personal opinion nothing more.
please let us read in between the lines; the minister made two things clear here apart from the option of just legislating that all backlog be cleared without justice similar to the occurrence in Newzealand.
Although (1) he floated the idea of eliminating old files to kill the backlog, Kenney also offered the option of (2)letting provincial and territorial governments go through current applications and pull out the ones that match their needs with what the applicants seek.
NOTE "We are launching a pilot project that will allow provinces and territories to 'mine the backlog' — in other words, to review the applications in the backlog and nominate those applicants they think their economies need now. We are also informing some applicants stuck in the federal skilled workers backlog about possible opportunities under the provincial nominee program," he said.
please by this i think it could be more of a blessing, please direct your prayer to aim at this extract of his statement. it might not help all pre2008 but definately all pre2008 in the present NOC listing might just become first come first in as it shd naturally be.

Dear Quorax
I just received my application aproval. Our plans is to visit for first time in two months and return inmediately to our country, two questions: Can my family stay in Canada and I in my country finishing my current job? How long time can I stay outside Canada after I implement my first landing? I understood that for obtain permanet residence I must stay in Canada the equivalent of two years in a five years period. Can I move definitively in any moment during this period? Any consideration to be aware in this case?
Thanks in advance

Qorax i really need your reply as i m 2009 applicant applied under nOC 1111 today i got a refusal letter stating
You have indicated that you have work experience in (an) occupation(s) with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code(s) 1111: Financial Auditors and Accountants.
Although the NOC code(s) correspond(s) to the occupations specified in the Instructions, the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC, or that you performed all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main duties, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. I am therefore not satisfied that you are a Financial Auditor or Accountant NOC code 1111.
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.
However my experience letter shows substantial duties mentioned on CIC website. Wht should i do? should i appeal for reconsideration if yes then whom?
need your guidance.

Dear Qorax, Here I am with a question again. I received my MR and I am in the UK so I had my medicals done by a BMP here yesterday. My spouse and dependents are in Pakistan and they have a medical exam scheduled with a DMP there. If mine and their medical reports reach CHC London on different dates, does it create any problems? I am really worried. Beckett

Dear Sirs, i went to Canada along with my wife and daughter on PR in 2003 and came back to Dubai after a month and went again in 2008 for 15 days. But wife and daughter stayed on /off. Every year we are failing income tax returns. My daughter 2ed PR got renewed in 2010. Now she is studying 9th class here in Dubai. My wife completed 3 years and wrote citizen ship exam in sep2011 and My wife came back to Dubai soon after completing exam and whenever we check her status online, It shows as 'UNDER PROCESS'. Can you please guide me with the following doubts? 1. Is my wife required to be physically present during the process .still how long can stay out of Canada 2. How long it will take to get citizen ship. Is physical absent in Canada will delay the process 3. Will any one check my exact source of Dubai income against income tax submittals? 4. Can my daughter re-enter to Canada with in PR VALIDITY? 5. What all the procedure i need to follow if i need to go back to Canada. How long it will take 6. What will be my wife's Indian Passport status
