IN THIS FORM SPOUSE BECOM PA, AND THE PA BECOM SPOUSE.
got it already... very sad may application sent already with incomplete form, sent only with PA additional infomation form, no for spouse. hays wasting of time. Thank you very much. |

DID YOU PICK MY POINT OR STILL IN CONFUSION  got it already, this form is confusing.. they should put on the instruction that PA and spouse must fill up separate sheet, like the background declation form instruction. Thank you so much. |
