Sorry I am answering you here. Your experience letter should had those job duties (those duties should had written in your experience letter) and you didn't need any seperate sheet other than your experience letter. As the case has already been decided on the basis of documents provided you can't appeal I am afraid. But as I said to you your NOC might come again in July 2012 so apply again. Thanks |

As CB opined, it's tough to reopen a case file once written denial is issued, however it's not impossible. But, r u ready for the challenge, time & costs involved in that process? I guess not. Thus, CB's advice on reapplying is ur best option. This time don't goof it up with ur paper works.Qorax |

There r some members in this forum who r with Amman & r getting correspondences from them as well. U may like to 'search' them. However, when they'd start processing - is something which depends on ur filing timeline. With FIFO [first in - first out], I guess, in about 6-8 weeks into the tfr, one should be 'in process'. Thanks Captain, 2) Do you think my file is in real "In Process" considering everybody else's is? IF THE E-CAS STATES "IN PROCESS", IT IS IN PROCESS. Thats the irony Captain, I cant log-in to E-Cas its giving me an error since the beginning, I never ever could check my status, it always gives an error message, saying details are wrong or we might have received your file but not yet begun processing it, which is strange because I sent my full docs in July 2010 itself and got the AOR in the same month. How would I know if my file is being processed, if I cant check it on E-Cas? |
