I perfectly understand ur agony, but the onus of which rests with ur DMP. If s/he didn't send a 'clarified report' CIC could hardly do anything about it. I'm sure what ur DMP is telling u - and what s/he wrote in their report - isn't the same. 'Coz, in all usual circumstances of 'inactive TB', only there would be a sputum culture, and that takes only 8-weeks.
Qorax
Thank you so much Sir Qorax, its just not fair, our DMP doesn"t recognize how important it is to us,anyway medication of my son will end up this April 2012 and our medical will expired this March 2012. I just feel bad about it but we have no choice our DMP told us that they reported to embassy that my son has one lympnode so the embassy require him to have a chest xray, they dont require them for sputum exam because he"s only 2 yrs old that time, after they forwarded the xray with the embassy,we are required to bring our son to a pediapulmonologist by then he got positive with skintest and told us that no findings in xray,I think if our DMP endorse to the embassy that my son's xray is clear embassy will no longer require us to a specialist..latest update from embassy is that they email us that after the furtherance med we have to submit latest xray, hopefully and praying that everithing will be alright..Im a October 2010 applicant,AOR Feb 2011,PER March 2011 and MR 2011..God bless you.

In my point of view, you should write a cover letter stating the reason for skipping the matter and showing apology for your misconception. I think in this situation, honest could be the best policy.

Dear Qorax,
I am suffering from BP disease. Normally it is going like 140 / 98. Will it be a problem for me during medical for immigration.
regards.
Humayun
Simple solution is take a ant-hypertensive tab 1- 2 hour before ur medical

1. It's tough to reopen a case after it gets refused in 'writing'. However, not impossible. 2. Reopening has no priority - thus, CIC tends to go slow. 3. Reopening also goes thru a different cell of the VO, a different IO & a different set of procedures. 4. Cases from certain region/s take more time due to higher checking/s. 5. Cases of some VOs take more time due to them being already over-clogged. Have patience. Qorax

You have to start treatment but I would like to drew your attention to some points. If u just started antihypertensive medication first time only before the consultation, you wont know how would be the effect. Another point is some medications like ACE group starts their effect after 3 weeks. Another group, like Beta blocker will affect your heart beat n the dr can find out slower heart beat. Finally, diuretics group will affect your urine concentraion and since you will go through urine analysis as well, it might change the normal elements concentration in urine.

Dear Qorax
I have heard a lot about you and your help. I am in really bad situation and needs advice and I hope you will give me some guideline.
I applied for PR on 10th August 2011 through Gobal visa consultancy. I currently reside in United Kingdom. I paid 1574 GBP for consultancy. They allocated me one lawyer and case manager. After some time, they transfer case to another case manager located at South Africa. They gave the lawyer's email address as a contact detail.
Mt case manager is responsive and helping but according to her the email of lawyer is checked by the admin person in United Kingdom. I have been following MI3 forum for time line. When I heard about August applicant started getting PER I got bit worried and I didn't hear anything from my agent so I contacted CIC directly and they replied me that they sent PER on Xth November. I contacted my agent presenting this email and she asked IT person to obtain that email by saying the lady checks the email for my lawyer is not as the desk.
I got the AOR from New Delhi visa office dated 15th December by post. When other people from August, started getting their MR I started checking my e-case status which turn in to “We started processing your application on 3rd of feb”. All forum members got their medical request by 6th of Feb, 2012 with similar status. I contact my case manager and ask her that if the lawyer has received any email, they replied I should expect MR by post but I said many people got their MR by email. She said if there is any news the admin staff will contact us. She said she asked the admin staff and there is no Medical which I can not believe as according to forum the time between status change and medical is not more than 1- 8 days. We had two exceptions with similar problem and one of them did email NDVO and got reply that they sent him MR the next day of status change and he contacted the agent with proof and got his medical. Another person got medical as well the next day of their status change but was informed by agent yesterday.
There is no meaning asking my case manager as she says that she will call admin person god knows what truth is. I am so much worried as I am planning to go to Indian on 1st March with my wife who is Filipino national. I sent NDVO case specific inquiry and they said they can not answer my query as I have representative and they can only communicate with representative. I have sent another request to using general inquiry email address about my email address changed and with a request of sending any correspondence of last 2 months again on new email which I am waiting reply.
I am worried about medical, if I would have received medical on 4-10 of feb than I need to submit that by end of March, 2012. If I email them, their reply will take 20 days. CIC told me that I have option to discontinue the representative so they can reply me directly. I am expecting NDVO reply to my second email by next Thursday as per current time line. Do they return my file if I can not submit MR within their time line? What should I do? I am going through sleepless nights.... Please give me some advice.
