Dear Qorax,
Please guide us with reference to below mentioned quote of a Pakistani Affected applicant by a Doctor:
"
Re: Pakistan Application Forum................ « Reply #27716 on: February 09, 2012, 08:57:51 am » Quote hello everyone. i am posting for the very first time in this forum. i am a regular reader of this forum thought never joined. my wife and i went through medicals some days ago. the dmp we selected was dr. arif siddiqui from lahore and a strange incidence took place. we two were checked separately for physical exam in the doctors office. my wife went inside first and came out embarrassed. she later told me that even though a lady was also in the office and giving all the instructions, the doctor was checking her himself. during which, he made her pull up her clothes both from the front side as well as back side to check for breathing thru his stethoscope. the doctor also applied his stethoscope on the inner side of her breasts beneath her to p undergarment during which half of the same were visible for around 10 seconds or something. we are very upset about it but the doctor told us it was usual procedure. can someone confirm is it a usual procedure? has someone gone to dr. arif siddiqui in lahore for medical exams? "
Thanks
Dear I can understand what you feeling , Dr should ask your wife to call you inside as no male Dr should examin lady if she was uncomfortable , on other hand if your wife was unconfertable then she should come out and told you to go to some lady Dr . , there is nothing for what you getting upset . now as you going to Canada , please keep in mind that this was just examination of upper body but in future/ Canada may be your wife needed Gynic checkup or Delivery/pregnencey which may be done by Male Dr , as it's not always possabile to get female Dr available , but she can take her husband or any family female member like mother or sister with her in examination room.

Since ur son is already in Canada: 1. Indian PCC: He should apply for it @ his local CONGENDIA/VFS office. It'd be much easier. There's no need of fetching it from India. 2. Proof of Continuous Edn: He should get the "Course Attendance Cert." from his Student Counsellor @ the Canadian Inst.
Qorax
Dear Qorax, I need help about proof of continuous study,...we need notarized documents from canada or can we stamp those docs in India. My son studied in different institutes in canada. We have already submitted the same noterised documents to VO.can we submit the photocopy of those docs.He is doing diploma in Automotive Service Technician,So he has some apprentiship programm also.I am worried about that. These are inluded in continuous study or not? Thanks

Sir Qorax,
I have sent my sister's all legal documents i.e citizenship, landing, canadian passport... but since 1.5yr she has been shifted to Pakistan, So, what should be their next request as we cannot send her living evidence in Canada?
And the second query is that, my another sister is also there, Should I send her Legal Papers before CHC London request? alongwith her living evidence...
To show our relation do we need B-Form (already sent) only or something more??(pics?)
The two brothers of my father are also living there, Should we ask them for those required documents, also or no need to?
Kindly reply.. JazakAllah. Naseha Ehtesham.
Mr. Qorax, Kindly reply... thankyou.

Mr. Qorax, Kindly reply...
thankyou.
-As the relative that u claimed points for isn't residing in Canada - u'll not get any points for that. -U may send the complete docs of ur other Canadian [qualifying] relatives & ask CIC to assess them instead.

Quote from: lepetit on February 15, 2012, 02:48:18 am Hi all! In my initial documents to Singapore in June 2010, I filled in my NOC as 4131 "College and Other Vocational Instructors". But as far as I know, the NOC hade been changed. I have just checked the NOC matrix and to my surprise, "College and Other Vocational Instructors" NOC is now 402. So am I supposed to fill in update forms with 402? Good luck to all! Sorry, its a bit ambiguous issue. Please post this here to hear from captain Qorax: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/a-master-thread-of-some-of-my-posts-here-t40175.0.html#new Dear Sir,
A lot of people are asking this question. Please Guide us.
Best Regards,

Hi, i happen to be a medical practitioner and looking at what you described i would say the DMPs action are still within normal medical ethical practice, but hopefully by the time you get to canada you would be meeting with MPs who would explain the details prior to carrying out the procedure + option to have you there for social and psychological support. fj6
