Note that "By Own Words" I didn't mean in ur own paper as well... it has to be in ur employer's letter head, under their signature & seal.

For a justification towards resubmission u could add a designation change, role change, grade change etc. keeping the essence of ur NOC's JDs intact.

 my whole  department  have been seconded  to other branch of my company from AUG-10 and its name is different to previous one .first company was descon engineering limited and now its name is descon integrated projects limited.can i send new work experinece on the letter head of my new company and tell them name of my company is changed.

Ok , if you don't go for point calculation, than would you pls. advise the below
query of IELTS.

I am applicant of 2006 of SGVO,

 IELTS I would earned the 10points or 7 points,Bcz some where I saw, If the Immigration
application & IELTS done ( both) before 28th Nov 2008, than the point would be count based
on old marking system.   

Proficiency in English language: I appeared at IELTS (IN 2006) examination and got score in Writing 5.0
 Reading 5.5, Speaking 6.0 and Listening 7.0 Over all Band Score 6.0.

So far, in your time, points from IELTS were given as follows, if I am not wrong:
For any module: 5 to below 7=2 and 7+=4, Hence your point was 10.

Thank you very much captain u have solved my problem .now i will send them work experience on new company letter  head from date  Jjune 2005  which i mentioned in my previous experience letter . and tell them the name of my company is changed and that's why i am informing to visa office. but one problem is left that my previous company still exists its not finished  and i am transferred to new branch of that company from Aug-10.will it be OK  to send whole work experience  By Own Words"  from June 2005 on new company letter head or should that be from Aug-10 the date i was transferred to new branch.because my previous company descon engineering limited is not giving me work experience in detailed  format which i am demanding from them but new one descon integrated projects limited  is agree for giving me work experience according to my demand.

today i talked to my HR department of my current company and previous company  as i have told u both companies are related with each other AND one more thing HEAD HR is also same for both companies  who will sign the experience letter.i can get  work experience letter in own words related to my NOC on  letter head of any of both companies.i want ur suggestion on which company letter head i must send updated work experience  letter. and as u said if i send them updated experience letter on letter head of previous company in own words then as justification i have to tell them if my grade or designation is changed but what if my grade or designation is still same then what justification i can give them.i have worked in previous company from June-2005 to Aug-10.i was transferred to new branch at Aug-10 .and if i send my work expereince on new company letter head then what date should be mentioned on that and what justification mus be given.

. I am just concerned because the agency that is helping me file or gather my application papers insist that I need to include pay stubs and Income Tax Return.

I would like to ask another question Sir. With regards to show money/proof of funds, how many month do we need to deposit to the bank the money before I will submit my application? Another thing, do wee need to maintain the $20,654 (in our case as a family) or we can make a transaction or withdraw and deposit some of it?

Your help is really appreciated by me and my family

Make it on the 'new' org's letter head. And write a cover note explaining the re-Submission [due to ur transfer]. Remember, the period of "this ref. letter" should be from the day u were transferred [not of the previous org's]. In ur cover letter though u could write that u had been performing the same duties previously as well.

Remember, the period of "this ref. letter" should be from the day u were transferred [not of the previous org's]. In ur cover letter though u could write that u had been performing the same duties previously as well.

First part sir is, do I need to submit pay stubs or income tax return for supporting documents? Is there any chances of rejection if I cant submit this things. My employer have some issues in releasing this documents.

Thank you for replying my question and I understand that B/G is conducted via any and many agencies. What I asking about is:

1. If they have not contacted the CSIS yet, does this mean that they will do that later (which definitely means longer wait) or that they could be using other agencies.

2. Should I contact London VO and send then the CSIS letter or that would result in further delays?
