The answer remains the same -- u need to have some docs to prove that u were gainfully employed.

Octo 2010 ful doc submission
Apirl 2011 second AOR
Dec 2011 updated doc. Request by vo
Jan 2011 submited updated doc
Jan 26 2010 v0 added a another line othat the started processing on 26. Jan 2012
Although imy e case started showing in proces with RBV0 details inside it

sir qorax,please help me,we submitted a updated letter of my sons furtherance test last Nov 2, 2011 because upon emailing them last Oct 28, 2011 they answer us also upon email that we have to submit that letter that they are waiting for that,How come that they dont give us a notice to comply that even oud Designated Medical  Practitioner doesn't inform us about that matter.They said that the one that they submitted last July 2011 is already ok,thats the result of the furtherance test of my son as the embassy also required....Our medical will expiring this coming March 2012,we forward our full package last Oct 2010..still in process in   ecas..Do you think that our medical will be expired before they will issue visa?and if thats the case it means we have to wait another months for the issuance of visa?My address in Ecas dissapear for almost 3 days?Is that means that they are touching our application?Thatnk you so much..God Bless

would you pls. check should Iaward 67 points or not, Actually I am in
frustration, for education I would be award 25 points, Here is my total point.
 
EDUCATION :-I completed my Bachelor degree in 3 years and Master degree in 2 Years from University of Madras, India.
I completed Secondary and Higher Secondary education in 12 years in Bangladesh.

Total 17 years of fulltime education.

Experience: I have been working in Bangladesh from June 1998 to December 1999 and then from July 2002 till date.
My working experience in Marketing and Sales profession in total above 8 years.  My NOC 0611 or 4163.

Age: Total age is above 34 years.

Proficiency in English language(IN 2006): I appeared at IELTS examination and got score in Writing 5.0, Reading 5.5, Speaking 6.0 and Listening 7.0 Over al Band Score 6.0.



Adaptability: Spouse Education, My spouse completed her Bachelor and Master Degree in Bangladesh. Total 16 years of fulltime education.

I've written about it many times...

If ur total package & supporting docs prove that u r actually working in those JDs - u'll be fine. However, if the IO doubts it [on ur qualitative work vis-a-vis the NOC] -- u'd have a problem for sure, writing verbatim the JDs taken from the HRSDC-NOC isn't done.

My brother is a Biochemist in India and have 2 yrs of experience and got enough points to apply. He sent his application on 13th Dec 2011 to sydney,Nova scotia under the category 2121 biologists and related scientists. He is still waiting, as DD has not been charged.

Does he has a chance to get selected within 500 cap, as when he sent his application the cap was 370 .
how long do you think he should wait or should contact new delhi visa office or CIO about status. what is the email address of CIO for asking status of the application.

in IMM5669 application PDF format it si said to type and print,

hence in serial no 8 . personal history tabular column, i want to add more than 4 lines how shall i do it ?

in serial no .12 address tabular column, i want to reduce the font size of street and address column how shall i do it ?
