Sir, I sent an email to my London VO and got this reply. Does it mean anything? My timeline: full docs sent june 2010, aor in aug 2010 from london vo, status changed to IP WITH RBVO DETAILS in END OF SEPT 2011, NOC 4131!

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

Unfortunately we are unable to predict when your medicals will be requested as it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected. It is also for this reason that we are unable to give you an exact timeline for when the processing of your application will be completed.

We thank you for your continued patience.

Yours sincerely,

CIO-NS doesn't accept updates... it'd be thus tough for u to submit another apps form. This sort of activity is the VO's. Moreover, even if u do, w/out a UCI or Ref No. it might just not be plausible for CIO to do anything -- they r purely into assessment of docs for provisional acceptance or otherwise - and forward our file to the appropriate VO asap -- they do not have the time.

However, as u r in a situation, u may try & contact CIO's Client Service Unit [as under] and see if they do take notice... what's the harm in trying, isn't it?

How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office
If you are a FSW, FED-INVESTOR, QSW, CEC or PNP applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit [CSU] of the Centralized Intake Office [CIO].

You will not receive a reply to your email if:
-you have not already applied under one of the above categories
-you are not authorized to receive personal information
-you applied within the last six weeks
-your enquiry concerns any other topic.
-Please do not send the same enquiry more than once.

You can reach the CSU by
EMAIL: CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca
COURIER: Centralized Intake Office, 47 – 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney-NS  B1P 5Z2, Canada.

Qorax

I have send them an email let see whats going to happen next.

If the application is returned how long does it take usually. I guess some of us has got the application returned and re applied. Will i get usually an email or mail or something regarding the return of the application.
In case they decided to process how long usually it takes to charge the credit card. Its been 2 months and they have not yet charged my credit card.I can see the timeline it usually takes 3 months to get PRE.

thanks for ur reply
