Dear senoir,
I hope you are happy and in best of your health. Today I need your comments on
•   how much time CIO Nova Scotia take for decision making about a received application
•   where to contact CIO, nova Scotia about the decision made
•   my application was received there on Dec 19,2011, how much I should wait before contacting that about my application status
plz guide me in this as I am really confused
regards
Anxious Sajid

It takes around 2-4 months to get the PER.

Which visa office? When did u send your full docs? As you're a prejune applicant, you will receive letter of update soon. So, you must inform them in your reply of updates.

Doctor getting BP? -- interesting.

1. No issues... send ur VO an explanatory letter.
2. Send an email to ur VO, explaining the postal situation & that u could despatch by so-n-so date [just a tentative figure].

Dear Qorax,

My Online Status is RBVO. Visa office Buffalo. Online it shows following msg:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 8, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 11, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Since i received my AOR on 11th May, 2011, after that there is no change in my status.

I believe currently visa offices are working on Pre-june 2010 cases. Can you give some idea how long it will take them to start working on 2011 applications?

Thanks.

1. For Masters u must have done 10+2+3+2=17 yrs. -- that already gives u 25 points.
2. If u improve ur IELTS - u'd receive addnl points... updated docs r accepted.

No.
1. The Canadian norm is 10+2+3+2=17. U only get points in that pattern.
2. Similar degrees [same level] r counted as 'one', ie. the 2nd one doesn't fetch u points.

dear qorax sir.

we have given the duties and responsibilities through a statuary decleration on an judicial stamp paper and not on my employer letter head and along with it we have attached a letter from my employer giving my date of joining and current designation my agent is saying that application was rejected becuse of not giving the duties and responsibilities on employers letter head.

but since my employer was not ready to give a letter of that sort. we gave it on the statuary decleration. even now if im going to ask my employer for that letter i feel he is not going to give me this time also

so know what to do this time.please advice

thank u
