Dear All,
My ecas status is still In Process i m December 2010 Applicant. I got married recently in november. still i have not intimated London VO. at what email address i can send case specific querry. or please send me link to that. and i intend to send my spouse papers but dont wana apply for immigration at this stage. i wana apply for her immigration at latter stage when my case would be accepted. is it right way?
I need advice, Qorax specially from u dear.

U should 'add' your spouse into your case file asap. That saves u time & unnecessary addnl efforts. |

Dear Sir Qorax, Today i found my address disappear and outside it is mentioned "In Process" but inside same RBVO. Is my case is in process now? thanks |

I applied 23fbe2010 under 4131 NOC MY file Number comes in 30March2010 I sent my full Docs to Delhi VFS on 29July2010 and I got acknowledgement on 04Aug2010 , But Still my status show RBVO at Delhi office. I sent two times case specific inquiry to Delhi VFS
what they not reply back.
can you suggest me what i have to do?

My file status as given below:
We received your application for permanent residence on February 23, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 30, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on April 7, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
plz suggest me what i have to do?

ND is working on your file... u have queues to beat @ every stage. 2010 cases could take 24-months+ to complete. Relax & wait for your turn. Don't do anything... u should be hearing from them soon. |

Dear Captain
I have sent my complete docs to CHC London in April 2010 and got my 2 AOR in August 2010
my online status is in In process with RBVO details inside and my caips Notes which I got in August 2011 says
FIle Sent to PPS and file BFD to PCL on xx-10-2010
sir my question to you with reference CHC London Processing of 23 months I have already crossed 20 months and I do not know whether CHC London has started to process my case as no doc update request has been issued by them till now !
1.what should I do ?
2.when will I receive my medicals ?
3.how will CHC LDN will complete my case in 23 months ?
Your guidance is appreciated !
