I have question on What after VISA is expired of spouse ?

Being PA i completed landing formality & now back home.

What could be the situation when my spouse VISA ( Immigration under FSW)  will expired ( I landed alone) ?

What are the ways to apply for spouse VISA   ?

As per my studies in the forum Ive understood that the processing time for post june 2011 is faster than 2010. What about for after june 2011, what is your prediction? expecially i saw in cic website which application processing time for London VO is 24 month!!??

1. If any member of your family doesn't land in time - their PR is 'written-off'.
2. U may have to reapply her case under 'FC' sponsorship stream.
3. And for that u have to remain in Canada during the entire process. -Dangerous path

Qorax pls ans me Merry xmas qorax pls advice me am a doctor and pre june applicant sumbitted full doc in oct 2010 but got an update to submit original emloyment letters with job description that is where i hv challanges becos my employment letter does not hv job description on them i rember i submitted photocopies of employment letter n orginal copy of reference letter from my emlpoyer stating my job functions in oct 2010 what do i giv them now

As a  dr I m going to  give u some advices-

1.U didnt show  ur  job duties  before thats  why they  want to know if u worked as a Doctor(u r lucky they gave u a chance to prove u  worked as a  doctor)
2.Collect new reference letter from ur institute for example If u have taken it  from ur G.M,now take it from ur chairman sir --showing all duties,salary,duty hours,period of time
3.Submit ur appointment letter showing job duties
4.U can submit reference letter of senior doctors like senior  professor,other fellow  doctor declaring  that they have  worked with u or  they have duties to supervise u as a  doctor and  they  know what ur duity was

U got  lots  of  option to prove that u worked as a  doctor--remember that  few  doctors got rejection letter stating that they didnt  prove they worked as  a doctor.Its clear that they want to b sure u worked as  a doctor (not other official work)

In ur previous post u told ur job ref letter dont have job description!

It's fine... perfectly alright. Many Emp Letters would not have JDs... I never had. and u cannot get them afresh.

1. Send the original Emp. Letter as it is.
2. Send the original Ref. Letter [which has the JDs, work hrs., emoluments etc.]

They'd be accepted.

However, as casayed correctly suggested, send as many supporting docs as u can to prove what u do / had been doing. It definitely helps in decision making.

My ecas status is still In Process i m December 2010 Applicant. I got married recently in november. still i have not intimated London VO. at what email address i can send case specific querry. or please send me link to that. and i intend to send my spouse papers but dont wana apply for immigration at this stage. i wana apply for her immigration at latter stage when my case would be accepted. is it right way?

I need advice, Qorax specially from u dear.
