Sir Qorax, Please respond to my query when you have time. Thanks.

All your ref. letters could be a few months old.
Quals might not match the applied NOC. If u can demonstrate rightful/enough exp - u could be thru.

Dear Qorax!

I am Pre June 25th 2010 applicant.  My E Case is showing this info.

Question:
1-Why the transfer activity is mentioned twice at UK office?   They are transferring where to where?  Please elaborate it for me.    In your view point, how much more time they will take to send medicals?

"We received your application for permanent residence on November 23, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on February 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

E Case changed in Process on July 2011

Hi Qorax!

How useful is the CIIP (Canadian Immigration Integration Programme)which is organized by the Canadian government? Would it help in getting an idea about the current situation in Canada, employment prospects in different provinces etc? If there is anyone out there who has gone through this programme in recent times, kindly share your experience

Regards

Dear Qorax Sir, please tell me that 2-4 months will take after submission of full documents or from to-date. If it will take from to-date then it means i will receive the rejection letter before Mar-2012. Or if u say 2-4 months, it will take from submission of full documents then it means i should receive it before Mar-2011.

Am i right sir?

thanks

Sir Qorax,

Please reply to my query. regards for you

Dear Mr. Qorax,

Thanks for your quick reply.  But you have not commented on my other query.   After view my time lines, how much more time they will take to send medicals?"  and is it wise to order CAPIS note as this stage.

2009 cases, generally speaking, would take 36-months+ to conclude. U should be able to get your meds around Jul-2012.

Hi dear all,
This blog is been interesting with loads of diff stuffs. I have certain questions in my mind. Hope you people will resolve them.
1) The first question is that do the CIC more specific about the IELTS-module?
Cant we go for the Academic-module if you have intention of study later? (but at
the moment its just skilled migrant). Do they consider academic for immigration?
2) What are the advantages (n dis-advantages) of applications submitted in 2012.
Do I need to send application first? And then all the mentioned documents? Or BOTH  at time? I am applying under Quebec skilled migrant category.
3) What are the official transcripts of university? is it combination of degree certificate and convocations? How to obtain it?
4) I have my Bachelor degree and Master degree from different university. So do I need to get both transcripts separately or only the Master degree transcripts will do?
5) I am having an experience of 2yrs from previous employer along with there appointment letter, experience letter and proper salary slips. But due to some reason I unable to get my salary credited bank statement(My account is blocked after 2yrs since I stopped doing the transactions).I have a current employer since last 2yrs and I could prove all the all documents on demand along with bank statements. Is it ok?
6)Do I need to get the work experience letter from all the employers? How could I notarize them?
7) What is National Identity Card? Is it PAN card?  How to get it? Please suggest.
8] Is it ok to cover multiple NOC codes in Schedule3 or is it a good practice to stick
to just one code? Do I have to necessarily satisfy "all" the duties mentioned under
    each NOC code? Please specify.
9)In case of financial sufficiency do I need to submit documents (all transactions)OR just last six months transactions? If in case the FUND is lower than what specified on website, application get rejected or suspended? Do they give us a chance to submit the complete fund within speculated time period? Can we show property, insurance policy, cheques etc........if I have not yet started saving my fund bt if I managed to get it done 6-months prior to last interview, will that b ok.?
10) How much the ‘health assessment process cost? What particularly the look for in
     health check up?
11) ****does the VO do the verification by calling the employers ?
What if the manager or HR of the company gives the negative impact?coz honestly speaking I left my previous employer unsaid (I also not returned my ID-card).So should I get things legally sort out just to avoid the risk.?Or can I explain any situation to VO at the time of interview.

For All those pharmacist whose application file reached CIC after 31st August 2011, I have a bad news for them... CAP on NOC 3131 reached on 1st September 2011.  Today i received my application back with the note that your application is not eligible for processing as CAP is reached on NOC 3131. My application reached CIC on 6th September 2011.

I am still confused with the website update of CAPPING of occupations. Please dont rely on that at all.... those figures are fake as NOC 3131 CAP is reached by 23rd November 2011 but actually it was reached on 31st August 2011.... It means if one NOC showing CAP on 20th December 2011, it means it is already Capped 3 months before (on 20th September or so).....I am sharing all this as we should all know this... If your BD is not encashed within 3 months of filing application it means you are not in the line for processing....

Anyways... Congrats to those who are in CAP....
