My lawyer is very reluctant, actually I applied 2004, but he applied 2006, December.
Even when CIC asked me to submit full documents with  landing fee I paid 490 x 2 = 980 + my new born baby's CAD$ 150, but he didn't pay my Baby's fee at that time.
I am really fade-up with my lawyer's non-professional attitude.
I know about BD'F but why 2014? I have some friends here, we applied same time but
Their BF'D 2011 or 2012 not 2014, Can you tell anything?

Sometimes they log that way... especially when many agencies r involved for the b/ground checks. It could be modified as well @ a certain stage... if u obtain another CAIPS later [around 4-6 months hence] u might notice that.

I am sorry to say that, CIC confirmed many applicants by email that NOC-1122 applicants who's application reached CIO after July 10th failed to reach within the cap limit. However, CIC misguided many applicants by failing to notify this in timely manner. CIC's update about NOC-1122's cap reached date (which was August 12,2011) was a glitch.

You can email CIO regarding your application. their email address:

Dear Dr.

We get points for all our work, whatever NOC it's in... it's just that to 'qualify' we need a yr's work in the particular NOC [in the last 10yrs.]. She'd fetch points for her 4yrs. of experience.

Dear Qorax and Hasib,

As you know I have one year experience working in a dental college and hospital.
Below is the letter that the principal has agreed to give, please let me know if this experience will be considered as Dental exp or not.
"
To whom so ever it may concern

This is to certify that Dr. XXX (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) was working in the Department of Prosthodontics in XXX Dental College and Hospital as a full time employee from <start date> to <end date>.
During this period her main duties included
•   Examine patient's teeth and gums to diagnose disease and plan appropriate treatment.
•   Instruct patients on how to improve their oral hygiene.
•   Responsible for designing dentures, Tooth Bridge and partial dentures for patients
•   Supervise dental students
•   Lecturer in Department of Prosthodontics

Her conduct and character were good during her tenure.

"

Please advice if this is enough to show this exp as denist exp.

Regards,
Dr. Shalini
