sir qorax i have a problem embassy replied to my question yesterday,they told us that they have been waiting for my sons furtherance test,i have told by our DMO that they submmited it already last july 18,its been 4 mos since i dont receive any letter form them its because thats the reason,for your information last may 2011 they request my son 3yrs old to have a chest xray after a  moth,they request again to go back to DMP,as they letter goes my son have to go to pedia pulmonologist,so after 3 days we have a check up and he undergone a series of test like,hes negative on chest xray but expose to PTB but hes not infected so hes not communicable,he just have to take 1 medicine for him to prevent to have PTB,so i am confuse what went wrong do they still needed endorsement of my sons pediapulmonologist or they dont receive the furtherance test that my DMP forwarded last july 18?im going to our DMP tommorow bacause they are requiring us to send an update letter for the result of my sons furtherance test and the expected date of medical result?what its that my son is takung his drug for four months already and we have a monthly check up with the pedia,i ask the DMP since july if thats the furtherance test they forwarded they said yes..but why is that that they still needed a lneeded a result furtherance test ?is it okey if he DMP will fax there assesment so that it will be faster?Thanks  alot

i received additional documents ( RPRF,PCC,Marriage proof) request on 30th sep 11 and i have dispatched all the documents today.
i am hoping to hear from you soon as PCC from UK is making me nervous now, i dont know how VO is goin to react.
just FYI my UK's PCC completed its one year 29th sep 11
US' PCC will complete its one year on 19th oct 11.
indian PCC is fresh one obtained a week ago.

Today MY E-CASE changed to In Process i.e on oct 6th
RPRF got encashed ..( is it a positive sign that they have check my documents and are okay with it.

need a suggestion from you , i want to add my wife's name in my pp can i get it done at this stage ( still waiting for MR)  i hope it'l not add any problem , and second thing is ...till the time i get PP request , i think i should utilize this time for pp renewal as i have already mentioned in my previous posts that , its lamination has started coming off ( just a lil bit about half inch) can i get it repaired too ?

If we book 1 or 2 week temporary accommodation through internet from our home country before going to Canada, will the below motels charge in advance [through credit card] or they just book & have to pay when we reach there in the hotel?

e.g:- safehomestay, studio6 in toronto.

we applied end of 2010 VO Berlin NOC 3113. Since April'11 in process, VO asked for PCC, we sent it in June'11, and after that no sign from VO. Can I ask VO about our case? Is our Timeline normal?

hi qorax..Plz help me...plzzzz.
i sent an eamil to CHC ND on 4th Sep and they replied me after 1 month....on 5th oct...

 "Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete"

Plz can u assist me what does this mean and how long it will take to make final decicion by officer.....I think now background checks are over...

 I have sent my FSW application it is still on its way to Centralized intake office. I have just found out i have filled not the right cvv number in my payment form. Who can tell me what should I do now? Should i complete the form once again and send it. Or would they be able to get the funds without the cvv number?

send the form again with right # immediately. Put a cover letter and explain.

U r just in the initial stage of processing... anything can occur in between... there could be a "slip between the cup & the lip" anytime... u aren't safe as yet.

I have applied under the NOC of 1122
it was received on JULY 20, 2011 when the update or count on the chart of CIC website was only 52 total applications received
but unfortunately i have just got the letter that the cap has been reached ........ can anyone tell whats the capped date originally is 22 august 2011.

I was so desperate but just heard this bad news.....

do anyone have any idea whats going on or whats ur application status????especially whose application was received prior to July 20, 2011

No limitation ! you can apply as many times as you want !

I agree with Azmat 100% , but there should be a gap b/w the current CAIPS and the last one. The reason for recurring apply is that we won't see major difference if we apply every after two months. Atleast six months different should be there.

This is what I heard from my seniors like Captain Quorax and others. Others may comment on that.

Ask your DMP to submit an Updated Report asap.

Addition of your spouse's name into your pps isn't mandatory. However if u desire u can go ahead now.

Yes, get the pps rectified... and as they r ready - send thier copies to your VO, under a cover letter. These r non-issues.
