Thank you SIR for your reply.
Feeling very impatient as we are in last stage.

Master qorax,
It is 76 days since we sent our medical.
From past 7 days my ecase is showing "Medical results have been received"
Are we too close to PPR?
We are moving back to India from Gulf.
Is there any idea to send our PP out of India (London VO) for stamping.
People say it is illigal to send/receive PP by post or courier in India.
Please reply.
regards,
mycan

Dear Qorax,

In document checklist IMM5612 , 11th column for work experience is a bit doubtful to me . Actually I worked for an agency last year for only 3 weeks and they had a contract with me where I was working in a leading bank (agency was just a mediator). Now should I produce a work experience letter for an agency just for 3 weeks.

Second question is my fisrt employer game me an experience letter with accordance with everything written in checklist but they forgot to put No of hours/week. It will be very time consuming and hard for me to get another letter from them. Could I use the old letter without no of hours/week.

Thanks in advance.

3 weeks time is negligible. You can bypass it. i guess

No problem as long as he/she in Canada, you will get 5 points

Jhon Smith Grin

Thanks Jhon Smith,

But my relative was on study visa and just got PR of Saskatchewan under PNP but yet to apply for PR of Federal Canada. Do you still think I can claim five points for my Federal application.

Hi Qorax ,

In the document checklist IMM5612 , there are photocopy of documents requested like -work permit , travel documents , work contracts, educational certificates etc . Do we need to just send the the copies or should we get everything attested from a Canadian notary ??

My work contracts are more than 20 pages so wondering if I need to send everything notary attested.

Thanks
