CIC has updated their checklist and forms. According to latest changes VO specific checklists no longer exists.
All new applicants has to submit only 1 checklist and that is CIO checklist. According to that checklist you need to submit:
- Notarized copy of degree/diploma certificates
-Original copy of transcripts sealed in university envelop

dear Newbie..avoid using bold fonts they appear as if you are very demanding or shouting on the person, use them to highlight important quotes only.

take it as a brotherly advise Smiley and please dont feel offended .

sonir

Im sorry if any of you understood it as a threat! I would never do that, it was more a desperated plea for insight actually. As my rank shows: Im just a desperate newbe!  thanks for the advice brother sonir! Smiley

I really need to know if the immigration is supposed to charge the fee at my credicard before sending you the first contact by mail, or letter. Because its been 3 months that I sent my application and they didnt charge it or sent me any letter so far. I sent it july 2 and it arrived there july 12. So please help me in this regard!

God bless you! Smiley

Hello superSayan,
CIO usually charge credit card within a month if applicant's application is "COMPLETE" (Incomplete application dont get charged and returned to applicant's mailing address)
All complete applications will undergo eligibility review and result of the review will be sent to applicant's email address.
i have seen that applicants who applied in July 2011 are getting the email from CIO.
since you havnt heard anything from CIO yet, it's time to send an enquiry to CIO regarding this matter. Always mention you name, DOB, passport number, Nationality, NOC, date your application was sent during making an enquiry.

CIO's EMail address  (no space before and after    @   )

Thank you for your answers.

As you are sending all the applications together as PA you can send CAD1250/- in single BD/DD only.
Do not forget to write the details behind BD/DD.
I am answering for the first time. Seniors please provide your input.

Try and avoid the position Manager/Asst Manager (1122 already capped so CIO should not get confused, due to the word manager even though they are different in duties), to make it precise get documentations on Supervisor Position only.
