Hello Qorax,
Thanks a lot! I really draw strength from this forum, especially from you Sir. Some friends told me that the worst thing would happen maybe is to undergo 6mo treatment if the sputum culture reveals active. Thought, I can patiently wait. if the sputum result is positive, is there any chance to reject our application due to this situation?
As u mentioned 'sputum test' - I understand that your med furtherance is related to the Xray, a scar in it or something similar. - This is a resultant of TB scrutiny. For which u must understand that TB, whether 'active' or 'dormant', is not a medical inadmissibility issue... Meaning? -For this u'll not be rejected. - Once the reTests get sorted out - u will receive your PRVs with a 'Medical Surveillance' Form. U'd be free to 'land'... have your PR status...just that upon your entry here - u'd be required to visit a 'specific' Health Canada Clinic to log your case & regular observance by a registered health professional. This runs for about 16-20 weeks, whereafter that clinic certifies u 'fit'. Meanwhile u don't have any adversities towards your settlement here whatsoever... U remain free in Canada as we all r. - The procedure for this Med Furtherance is that -- once u receive that letter from CIC > u visit your DMP > s/he takes your sputum swabs > it goes into 'bio-culture' for 6-8 weeks > thereafter the DMP takes another Xray > then s/he submits his 'all clear' report to the RMO >>> another 2-4 weeks thereon u receive your PPR !The foregoing should keep your mind to rest... 'coz there may be a delay [usually another 3-4 months from the 'med furtherance' letter]... however, end of the day u'd not be denied your PR.Relax ! Qorax

Hi Nikhil, I am not sure whr r u from. If u r in Bangladesh, its very easy to change the information of passport in an emergency basis. Birth Certificate is also possible to change but its rationale to change passport info. Sending u a PM.

Sir Ji ...Please reply. Regards Mayank Dear Qorax,
I have gone through B4 forms.
As i mentioned in my last post, i am landing alone & my wife will join me later.
I found that in B4 from there is Goods to Follow option to tick. I need to tick on YES. As my wife is going to carry others stuffs with jewellery.
As par my understanding i need to fill other B4 form for Goods to follow right ?
I want to know whose name should i need to fill in Importer`s name for my wife`s stuffs ? My or her ?
Please clear this confusion ?
Also need to know on
I have gone through custom website.
I found one need to fill form E667 if person is coming with more than CAD$ 10000 whether it is in cash or other monetary instruments ( TC, BD).
I need to confirm whether one need fill it . As i am need to show $13850 as POF.
Please let me know on it.
Regards Mayank

U, as a family unit shall file-in 'only' one set of B4 forms... nothing separate for your wife's landing. 2. U prepare 2 duplicate sets of B4... one for the GAL & the other for the GTF [2 copies each]. 3. In the GAL one u do not tick that box; while in the GTF one u do [signifying this is the Goods to Follow list] 4. 'Importer' is u -- Mr. Mayank Pandya's family. U&u only as the PA. Your wife is part of u. 5. Pls read my last posts in POF thread -- E667 is not required... the BSO'll do the needful if s/he desires. 6. U only fill-in the 'Declaration Card'...u'd receive it on flight from the Flight Attendants. 7. Pls carry more than $13,850... u'd need nearly double the funds to have de-pressurised settlement here. Sir Qorax, I received an e-mail reply from CEM informing me that the new furtherance letter for my spouse has been re-sent by mail last week and since they can't resend a copy by email, I'm advised to coordinate my DMP to complete the furtherance test. I called up my DMP and i was informed that they already received a fax about the furtherance test of my spouse. DMP will allow my husband to visit his clinic for the furtherance test (sputum culture). Thank you Sir. Hope things come smoothly after this furtherance test. To Qorax,

Dear Qorax,
I have done my meds and now CHC has asked for my PPs and RPRF. Could you please tell me what would be the safest way of sending these imp docs?
I'm not sure, but perhaps, a Bluedart courier, though the safest is not possible, becaused CHC has a PO Box Address and would not accept any hand deliveries.
Pls suggest
