Hi Qorax,
I have planned to apply for FSW this month or in next, but I am really confused as when I did my assessment on CIC official website I was granted 67 marks which are obviously the passing marks for immigration, ON this forum I found people who send application with things rather similar to mine,can anybody help me that this assessment on their website is key and how many percent is as in real they do assessment, will I be eligible for acceptance of my application my particulars are as:
1.   FSC
2.   BSC(HONS)
3.   MSC(HONS) OR M.PHIL=TOTAL 18 YEARS OF EDUCATION= 25 MARKS
4.   ONE AND HALF YEARS EXPERIENCE AS RESEARCH OFFICER IN GOVT.AGRICULTURE AND STILL I AM WORKING IN SAME CAPACITY
8 MONTH WORK EXPERIENCE AS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN A PESTICIDE COMPANY= 17 MARKS
5.   AGE=10 MARKS
6.   IELTS= 12 MARKS
7.   SPOUSE 12 YEARS OF EDUCATION= 3 MARKS
GRAND TOTAL IS 67 ??/
AM I EILIGIBLE PLZ HELP ME OUT I AM CONFUSED

hi all
i m april 2010 applicant....

last time when i requested vo about docs needed to add my daughter to my application  then my address disappeared and status started coming as in process
with rbvo details inside and then i got letter from them giving information how to add my daughter to application  and then address came back again...
but now again it is missing.....

...i have updated delhi visa office withall docs of my new born daughter and requested them to add my daughter to myapplication at end of last month
and now.......my address disappeared again on ecas status.....can anyone tell can i expect MR from delhi vo..........oristhat just a  bug in the system...

just a quick question: is academic module of the ielts accepted in FSW's application?
i did the academic instead of the general module test.

Proof of language proficiency

You must submit original language test results from a designated testing agency to the CIO with your application. Other evidence in writing will not be accepted as evidence of language proficiency.

For your application to be eligible for processing, you must include the results of one of the following language tests from a testing agency designated by CIC:

English
- IELTS: International English Language Testing System (General Training test only)
- CELPIP: Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (General test only)

French
- TEF: Test d'évaluation de français

If you do not submit the results of your official language proficiency test with your application to the CIO, your application will not be processed and will be returned to you as incomplete.

Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker application and were not returned to the applicant. All copies of language test results must be accompanied by a photocopy of the refusal letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC retained and currently holds the original.

1. what details i will give for assests ?, liabilities? and settlement funds(should i mention amound mentioned in the bank letter)
2. depandants form, should i give my brothers and sisters details also, if yes what reason should i give for not migrating to canada.

We will be applying on NOC 3112 (Medical doctor) my wife as a medical doctor. I have her last transcript got sealer in university envlop. I have also got my last degree's (MSc) transcript attested from my university. I havent got my bechlor's degree sealed in university envelop.

DO i need to do that ??

Please guide.

I sent my application with BC affidavit end of 2010, and right now ecase is in process.
I applied for it, luckily could get my BC 2011 July (took more than 2 years). should I send this now to VO or continue with affidavit?

But the prob is :
my wife's birth certificate and passport contains different birth place name. so im stuck and thinking wat to do !!! my whole file except te birth certificate is ready to dispatch. I think u have the same problem as i can understand from your posts here.

If your VO specific instructions say 'Transcripts' -- then regretfully it'd be transcripts all the way.

If u already have the 2nd AOR [which u should be having, given your timeline] - u don't require to send that doc anymore. Do so only if the VO asks for it.

I have gone through B4 forms.

As i mentioned in my last post, i am landing alone & my wife will join me later.

I found that in B4 from there is Goods to Follow option to tick. I need to tick on YES. As my wife is going to carry others stuffs with jewellery.

As par my understanding i need to fill other B4 form for Goods to follow right ?

I want to know whose name should i need to fill in Importer`s name for my wife`s stuffs ? My or her ?

Please clear this confusion ?

Also need to know on

I have gone through custom website.

I found one need to fill form E667 if person is coming with more than CAD$ 10000 whether it is in cash or other monetary instruments ( TC, BD).

I need to confirm whether one need fill it . As i am need to show $13850 as POF.

Please let me know on it.

Just need to ask you in particular, intially in the previous forms London visa office specific instructions for FSW required origional marriage and birth certificates. Now new document check list IMM 5612 says copies and the london visa office checklist for FSW is not available.

Please guide what to do.

Thanks a lot! I really draw strength from this forum, especially from you Sir.  Some friends told me that the worst thing would happen maybe is to undergo 6mo treatment if the sputum culture reveals active.  Thought, I can patiently wait.  if the sputum result is positive, is there any chance to reject our application due to this situation?
 

I can understand the situation u r into... the anxiety is genuine. However, u might just not be able to do anything unless the med/furtherance papers reach your hand, or your DMP's.

All would depend on the type of med condition your spouse is into.

Relax & take the day/s as it come. Things would turn-out well.
