Dear Saki

my case turned to in process with line" we reviewd your file and started processing on 13th March2012"
but so far i didnt receive any letter from London Visa Office.
status is same from last 2 weeks no change .what could be the reason of delay.how many days it takes to get letter?

Hi

Have some patience buddy its only been 2 weeks it could take longer if anyone else is getting a response in 2 weeks it does not mean that you will get in the same time as well its depends on case to case basis.

Just have some patience, you should be relax atleast they have started processing your file.

I think its just a system error of decision made, when they will start processing your file they will put the inprocess data.

Dear All

What is this and why now a  days some pre June 2010 Applicants are getting this type of letter.

My ecas status has been changed on 13-Mar-2012 to in-process with this line "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 13, 2012". Today April 4, 2012 I have received call from TCS to collect my parcel, the parcel contains "My original documents + Immigration Officer Letter that my application is considered to be processed for further action within coming 6 to 12 months so do not initiate any status update request till that time. I dont know how to attach scanned image otherwise I could have been attached this.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a letter from CHC London stating that a visa officer has reviewed my file and that I have been found eligible for further processing. The letter also further states that they would be communicating further steps within the next 6-12 months. However, no MR request  Sad !!

Has anybody in this forum received a similar letter ? BTW, my ecas has been showing in process since Jul-10. I am a pre-june 2010 applicant.

Regards.

I got this letter on 28th March, If this is my 2nd AOR, how fast they are working  Tongue

Dear All

Ali And all Members,

This is letter shows that processing time started from the processing date mentioned in e-case status.

keep in mind processing time of 12 months starts after completion of review stage and start of processing stage of application.

as our applications were not in processing since we applied and proof of it is refusals of applications on the bases of job duties mismatch.

As processing fee is only return at first stage in case of rejection before processing so it shows our processing time of 12 months started from processing date mentioned in e-case status.

now some applicants will get visa ( final stage) with in 12 months may be in 8 months, 9 months or in 12 months.

When the e status got changed on 2 April '12. For me the London Visa Office sent a letter dated on 23 March 2012 saying that further process will be notified with in 6 to 12 months. However no changes in e status in process - outside, inside pending for review.
Thank you,

Yes i think they are done and background and security checks might be on. Rejection can still be done on these basis incase if they found anything wrong with the degrees or job experience during background checks.
