Hi saki
Thanks for your reply again and again. One case, i am in Euroupe and my gf turned wife recently joined me as an accompanying spouce. We both ve been staying in the same address legally for the last five months. Can it be supportive as proof of marriage for CIC NDVO to add my wife. I had already told you that we have only marriage certificate but no photographs..pls advice once again

Hii
I been applied under Arrange employment Category. As i applied my HRSDC for Labour market openion Job latter as Graphics Designer 14-April-2010 and i got my Positive openion on 27 November 2010. I Submited my Application my PR Application 5-March 2011 to Sydney Novascotia and i got my file transfer to my Visa office Sydney Australia on 26 April 2011 and i got an latter by email saying its take 6 to 12 months at this office. My case officer assign in 13 october and my status says Application was reviewed and started processing. They send me letter rquired doc including Landing fees as well. As i had to go for Police cleareance with fingure scan which took 2 month to get my cleareance meanwhile i submited remaning doc including PR Lending Fees and medical as well and ask for extension for PCC. My status says Medical Recieved. I got my Police cleareance on 20 Feb i send it to visa office.
So i just wanted to know that how long they going to take to finalize my application if you guys know....

Dear Samir, your almost process is done, except Security check. I think you are from India and you have applied from Australia VO.since how much long you are in Aus? what is ur visa status? Do you have traveled or visited any country more than 6 months? If yes, than it will take Two to Three month to issue ur visa. Wish you all d best>>>> |

Yeh i am from India .I am on Bredging Visa E in Australia and i am in Australia since 5 years and never travel anywhere since 4 year.I got my police clearence and submited to VO so what else they need to check..

Last Wednesday my status changed from RBVO to Decision made, address disappear inside details were same. I have wrote to LVO no reply received as of yet nor any letter received through mail.
On Saturday March 3 my address reappear. Everything else, inside details were same.
Today, inside details changed and a line is added at the end, "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
Please suggest.

It is just unbelievable my status was changed to DM from RBVO on 27th Feb. I feared rejection
Just now I have received an email asking for the following documents for submission
Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant
Photographs of all family members
Payment of PRF
copies of passport
Updated police certificates
But interestingly no Medicals as yet what does it mean
Please help me.
