thanks very much saki for your advice,,,, but saki you know that indian govt had the rule that you cant send your passport out of country with post ,, If you didnt get the visa before leaving UK then they will still process your application in London and you will have to send your passport to London for visa stamp.

I am confused the cap count increases on each PER as as they recieve an application.
I sent my application on 19th Oct 2011 under 3112. The Cap is filling like hell. 30-35 increase each week. will reach 500 by 3-4 weeks.
I am confused and worried.

My application was received by CIO on 22nd September 2011, but i didnt get any reply from there yet. i checked for my bank draft and it was not cashed till 20th Nov, while the cap of 3131 was reached on 23rd Nov. How can i know what is going on with my application?

I have question how much is the minimum time between visa issuing and medical expiry, suppose Medical is going to be expire in Feb 2012, so at least how much time before that they can issue visa.

Check with cic it's a long time your draft should have been cashed by now and there is a good chance that they might have send your application back because of incomplete forms or documents Cheers Saki |

Well it depends if security checks are not completed they will not issue the visa no matter medical expires they can ask you redo the Medicals. Cheers Saki |

Hi I am a March 2010 Applicant . 2 AOR on Aug 2010. Ecas status changed in IN PROCESS with RBVO since 1st NOV 2011. Address was also disappeared for the first time on 1st Nov 2011. Today on 13th Dec 2011 . I found my address disappeared. What is this ? Can I expect MR Soon ? Plz suggest me .

Yes, MR is clubbed with PCC, PP and RPRF for NDVO applicants. On E-cas it only shows as 'In Process'

Hi
You dont need to inform london office about this, once your baby is born you will need to send the application form, copy of the passport, copy of birth certificate with $150 fee to add you baby.

Dear Saki.... I have an question... Some body in a thread said that 3131 cap is reached on 31st August 2011 while on the CIC website CAP reached on 23rd november 2011.... Is it possible that CIC website is updated wrongly?  My application reached CIC on 6th Sep 2011.... Will i fall with in CAP??? My ank draft is not yet cashed.... regards |

Hi,
I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

But it really depends if your documents are complete and you are eligible, even if they received your application before the CAP was full but documents are not complete they will reject it. Its a bit concerning that your draft is not cashed when cap is full because cap will be full once they have charged the applicants after reviewing their files. So i would say check once again if your draft is encashed or not! Cheers Saki |

It could be that they have reviewed all the files and those applicants are eligible but they have not charged them the fees yet so they have said CAP is full but actually updated in NOV when they have charged them the fees. Are you sure they have returned it with a reason that CAP is full ? it could be the applicant does not meet the criteria! Cheers Saki |
