Bro documents would make case more stronger as you have direct relationship but i dont know about your uncle how you are related to him so its depends on the relationship.

Relatives in Canada:
 You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative, i.e., parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, (sibling), child of a grandparent, (aunt/uncle), or grandchild of a parent, (niece or nephew), who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Thank u dear friend,

just a little thing, that as i m an accountant and after 27 feb they have refused the cases from this catagory, and as i dont have any intimation, does it mean i m safe. and if thay had to refuse it they wud have done it, or still there is a chance at the time of reviewing the file.

coz i have to do the IELTS also.

regards

Dear Saki ,

1. Generic Application , 3rd Column "How many family members including you are in this application" .
Does mother and father would be considered to be a part of family here.

2. Generic Application Column 10 - "Current Country Of residence"
I came to canada as a studen and currently working , so what should be the from and to date, would it be the date I landed in canada (from date)
and today's date (to date as there is nothing to type till date)

Thanks

Even if accountant is not in the list they will process your application as per the rules valid at the time of your application but it will just take a little longer.

Your timeline is similar to mine, oredring CAIPS will be useless because they are not processing our files at this stage, CAIPS are useful when other are getting response and you are not, this delay is all over for pre-june applicants.

Hi Saki ,

I am a bit doubtful while filling the following forms . I am single so do I need to fill or include these forms.
In the Instruction guide , it is nowhere mentioned that you can skip those forms (instead it is written that those are must)

Your help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks

IMM 5409 - Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union
IMM 5604 - Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada
IMM 0008 DEP - Additional Dependants/Declaration

If you are single you cant fill these forms anyway so dont fill it but mention this in your cover letter that you didnt fill these forms because they are not applicable.
