Hello Saki,
Thanks for starting this thread.Yrs all postings are very informative.
1)Onething that i want to know that what old files(38 Categories,AEO Cases) will have impact of changes that canada going to make in coming days like age, experience points etc.
2)Why CIC have slowed down the immigration process (38 and AEO as well).
3) When you expect that 38 cases will be completed.
4) When pre- Feb2008 will be started.
Thanks in advance for yr inputs.

Hello Saki,
Thanks for starting this thread.Yrs all postings are very informative.
1)Onething that i want to know that what old files(38 Categories,AEO Cases) will have impact of changes that canada going to make in coming days like age, experience points etc.
The old files will be processed as it is under the old rules.

2)Why CIC have slowed down the immigration process (38 and AEO as well).
Recently there has been many applicants applying and cic reviewed their list and decided to remove those NOC which are not required in the economy at the moment. Secondly every country is trying to reduce the numbers and get the best people in which are really required for their economy. AEO's are still acceptable.

3) When you expect that 38 cases will be completed.
Each visa office have their on time frames and each individual case is different.

4) When pre- Feb2008 will be started.
Visa officer are processing old files and this backlog was the main reason of reducing the list and i believe if the further change the point system then it will reduce the number of application made to CIC and this will give visa office more time to finalize old cases.

Thanks in advance for yr inputs.
