Some people are getting rejection letters whereas others are receiving 6-12 months delay letter. Hopefully, you will be in the second case. Keep on checking your E-cas. This may change from DM to RBVO

Hello everyone

Please I need your urgent advice and response on this.. i was waiting for PPR but I got a message from Seattle office to update and send my IMM88 application forms, schedule A and schedule 3 forms with my tax return for 2011..I do not know why or what that means..Its already 28months for waiting.I have applied since feb 2010 and given them all these information.Although I have changed my province and job from BC to Ontario this year.

I dont know if this would mean more waiting time. Also has my security and background check been done at this time..Already did medicals since february 2012.

Please any advice from you  would be much appreciated.Thanks.

hello Friends,

plz read my whole details i need your kind help and opinion,

1-firstly, i did applied for work permit as a cook on mar-2009 from a Restaurant-A my total job duration was 7years
but they REFUSED for visa, the reason they told that VO is not satisfied.

2-secondly,i did applied under FSW class under cook category on 23rd Jun-11 from a Restaurant-B.my experience at Restaurant-B was 3years and 2month.
my total job exp is 10 years and 2 month on behalf of this my points are max which is 21.
but today i receive refusal letter From LVO reason is written as

"you were awarded 19points for your experience at Restaurant-B.but no point were awarded for your experience at Restaurant-A due to lack of satisfactory evidence that you were employed there as stated.you have obtained insufficient point to qualify for immg. to Canada, the minimum req. being 67 points.
the table below sets out the points assessed for each of the selection criteria
            point assessed                 Max possible
Age-           10                               10

Mr. SAKI

I am a permenant resident and came back to native place after short stay of 3 weeks without a PR card. I applied for it at the time of landing at pearson airport Toronto and gave my friend's address for mailing it. Even after 47 business days my friend says he received nothing from them. In total it has been more than 89 days since I landed in Canada. what could be the reason behind? I don't use spectacles and my photo was fine. however no communication is received so far? Sad

Secondly, My cousin would like to apply this July and would like to take my 5 points. is it possible for him to claim for that if I give him my confirmation of permanent residence letter I received? Is it possible ?

thank you

Sincerely
Anshuman

sorry to hear that ... now a days they are rejecting the cases on false reasons to clear the backlog

you have two options
1. write them a letter along with supporting documents (called reconsideration)
2. do appeal on feral court (Time taking process)

Dear All,

today i got PP back with mapple leaf ( stamped visa ) along with COPR docs for myself and dependant.
i have one doubt that in PP expiry date is as below >>

Issue date :: 19 -jun-2012 expiry date 23-11-2012.

i have completed my medical on 23 -11-2011.

I think issue date and expiry date has to be like of 5 year or not?

what things needs to take care before landing and what things require while landing?
seniours or ppl who reached to cananda please share your experience and knowledge...
Please i am in real need of it.
