Contact the NS, Sydney Canada, to check the progress of your application they may have sent it back if there was something wrong with the documents because they have not charge you the fees yet so its not a good sign.

Hi,

You need to call at 16139444000  and then select options in this sequence    1...2...1...2....1

You would be placed in queue and after 5-10 minutes, your call would be attended by someone. The person would ask for client id. Since you don't have it, provide your name and DoB and then ask for your status & client id. I dont know the email id and secondly email will take weeksss to get any response so best option is to ring them.

No you cant visa office doest not tell you the status of your application even CIC dont do it except sometime when cases are more complicated like this other member whom i provide the number but for visa office no they dont even take any calls in regards to this so just keep watching the screen of you monitor

In their 2nd AOR it was written "if u dont get any reply from our side within 8 months, you may contact us". Now its more then 8 months. what should I do? I know it will take another year but I feel I should write them. If I write them, plz someone let me know the e.mail address of CHC London.

No they wont send you any acknowledgment of receiving your passport.

Yes i do remember you, yes you can write them and maybe you get some postive response, for the london email just type "London chc email" in search tab of this forum and you will see many threads with the london email their is one specifically made by staralihaider.

my time is applied on 14 april ,1st AOR on 6 july ,full documents sent on 22 oct and 2nd AOR receieved on 14 March 2011.status is IN PROCESS since i got my 2nd AOR.

Hi Montu,

Ecas is very unreliable, my visas have been issued and my status still say the office will contact you "decision Made".

You should be able to track your passports if you sent them through courier.

i kindly need your help,i applied for the canadian immgration FSW 5th of may 2010 and got a response as follows

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 0311- Area Manager, Regulatory Affairs. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008, the main duties that you have listed do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that your experience corresponds to NOC 0311, Managers in Health Care.

BUT know my profession is specifacally mentioned which is pharmacy .

I have waited endlessly for my application to be sent back since last year october 27th 2010 but uptill date have not recieved any back most importantly the Bank draft since i will be needing it for reapplication.

Please advice
